When I first created an account on here, I had uploaded an avatar without any problem. I decided I wanted a new picture so I deleted the old picture so I could add a new one and now I cannot get the window to pop up so I can add a new picture. From the Edit Profile & Settings page, I click on the Uploaded/Linked link and nothing happens. I've tried on two different computers (Mac and PC) as well as in Safari, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome, and I cannot get the window to come up to add an avatar. I cannot even pick a forum avatar. I would really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Pass! Your profile was set to use an uploaded avatar as the background to a forum one, I have changed it to Uploaded/Linked Only for you to see if that helps. Give it another go, but if it still doesn't work that's one for the ProBoards Support Board themselves to help with I'm afraid (Follow the Help link in the top menu, then Support)

It still didn't work. I will try the Proboards support then. Thank you though

Nicole I've taken another look and it seems to have reverted to the same setting as before, which will superimpose the avatar maker over the uploaded image (or in your case, the default kiwi avatar). I had already set it back to default last time I looked at this, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. I have also uploaded a (totally random) image just to make sure that works, and it's fine for me. I remain at a loss I'm afraid - if the pop-up simply isn't appearing for you, it definitely sounds like a local software issue - maybe an ad-blocker or firewall issue? Definitely try Proboards Support, as they may have better insight - anyone can post there, you don't have to be a moderator, although you do need to make an account for that board (the account you have here is specific to 2Peas)

I appreciate you taking a look at it. I've tried turning off the popup blocker but it still doesn't work. I can get if it was something wrong with just my laptop but I've tried on my Mac as well and still get the same problem. Anyways, I'll try the support page. Thank you for your help!
