I own it but I do stalk the Prima Marketing blog and retail store to see what the new designs will be. Then I wait for them to come up for preorder and then spend more money than I should on flowers that need to be stored in an old tote to a tote I apologize in advance of the massive size of these photos

I have thousands of loose prima flowers that I keep in a large box the size of that tote so I could just sift and grab what I need. I bought the flowers in bulk from the Prima Warehouse. I also have lots and lots of Primas in packages just waiting to be cracked open and used.

Though I'm mired in SoCal I've still not managed to get to Chino to sift through all their warehouse boxes. I think this is probably a good thing. I don't use my flowers much on my layouts, I don't like the bulk taking up space, but I do like them on my cards and canvases for the texture. Heck, I even just bought new ones on Memorial Day. Ran out of red, didn't want to dye too many at once.

So far my Prima collection is confined to a small shelf. Thanks to previous Peas threads, I found out that the warehouse is close to me, and I have made a few trips lately. I recently put together some items from kits I bought, and just finished a "prima-style" page. After doing those projects, I now know that it's not really my style, but I have some new ideas on embellishing my pages. I love the shabby chic layouts that I see others do. My layouts have lots of pictures with embellishments as accents, not the main focus.

Wow! I think maybe I have a couple of packets on my clip it up because I mostly make my own. I do have a gazillion prima flower centers though. Actually have to use those one day!

That is A LOT of flowers!
I just dumped a gazillion Prima flowers into a huge Ziploc bag and am donating them to the Ladies Card Club at my mom's church.
I admit I bought them and I admired them for many years. I separated them into the canning jars and had them all lined up pretty on my shelves. But truth be told, I hardly ever use them and it would take me years (if ever) to use them all up.
I have my favorites that I kept but I enjoy making flowers and embellishments that match my cards better. So off they go to a better home.

Aerynkelly, do you know how jealous I am? I was drooling just looking at all your flowers. I have a few left in the old Prima bottles, but I'm pretty stingy with them. What a collection you have!

I know, right? It's insanity. Just utter, utter insanity. The sad thing? Which is why I try to throw as many on a canvas or mixed media project as I can to use them up! Most of the big ones were collected all within one year (2012) and I've used a BUNCH already. That's what the SoCal Expos do though. Since Prima is located here they take all their discount stuff and go to the Expos. Then they do a "the more you buy, the cheaper it gets per-package thing. So what it ends up as is a $5 package of 6 big flowers (r many, many smaller flowers) turns into .50 or less and... well, then you get this. They also had some bottles there for .50. These lovely glitter/sheer/fabric mixes that I wish they'd had a rainbow of but I bought what they had. There are some Recollections flowers in there too, those were just got with a coupon. The only thing that's old is the Prima Sprites, from around 06. Those are the gingham and the large, plain stamped looking ones.

Sprites! They were one of my favorite lines. And I love those glittery ones you have. The best use I gotten out of my Primas lately is handing over my Prima bag (I have them all in a 1 gallon baggie) to a coworker to rifle though. She was asking me about paper flowers for a project and after showing her the Prima site to confirm that's what she wanted, I shared my stash with her.
