kellyv I do think there is a set out now in Navy...I think it was called Twilight from Poolside. Nice basic alpha font. I like navy too, I get tired of black. I also wish there were more grey Thickers for the same reason...whenever I see grey I buy 2 packs. you just made me realize Ive never owned grey thickers! MADNESS! I have to go shopping now, thanks

Has anyone tried using their dies to cut out their own "Thickers" using Fun Foam? Mine didn't turn out (not sure what I did wrong), but I've heard it is possible. Here's an example. I've cut the thinner fun foam with my Pazzles, and I've seen it done on YouTube with the Silver Bullet cutter too. It works better to cut the design or title in reverse and do multiple passes extending the blade each time so it cuts all the way through. Easy peasy. I would think you could use Sizzix type dies too without any problems.

My list would be navy, orange, yellow, grey and green in different fonts and without glitter! The mojority of my thickers are all black, all shades of blue, white, and pink with some gold, silver and a few other colors thrown in there! . I can never find navy, orange, yellow or grey. And I like my Thickers with NO glitter, also!

I like the acrylic puffy ones. I love the cute tall font and they stay on! The foam ones stay on the best but they are too little kiddish for me. Proof that this is so: my 4 and 7 year olds are always trying to sneak them out of my stash and onto their projects! This made me laugh! --So you need to buy them their own or give them the leftover letters.

Just realized this thread is from September, but it was freshest in the box.
--I've used the sizzix fatter dies to cut foam and chipboard with ease in my big kick. The small flat styled intricate dies did not work for me. But I just bought a set of spellbinder alphabets. I'll give them a try during the crop and let you know.

Red that isn't glittery. I have an insane amount of Thickers. Insane. It takes 2 milk crates to hold them all. A plain red is surprisingly rare. Yep, I was recently looking for just a plain, non-Christmasy style red and had no luck. I ended up using markers on some old pink ones, and it actually worked out perfectly, but still.

Just dab those suckers with alcohol ink- quick and dries fast, too. You can get so many cool effects, too.
