PSE11 Pre-loaded frames?

My husband uses PSE 11 for things other than scrapbooking. He recently had to reconfigure his laptop and had to re-install PSE 11. He says he is missing some of the pre-loaded frames the PSE 11 comes with, specifically all the plain square frames. I can't help him, I've never used those frames. Mine are much prettier! Anyone have a clue why he might be missing some pre-loaded items or where they might be hiding?
