Zero. I have none. I have a gazillion other letter stickers (the flat kind, or cardstock ones like from OA, Doodlebug, etc.) but not one single pack of Thickers. I guess I've heard so many stories about how the adhesive sucks and they don't stay stuck, etc. that it just scares me off of ever buying any. Besides, if I want a title with bigger letters like Thickers would create, it's so easy for me to just cut one with my electronic cutter and it's always the exact right size, color and font that I want, so I've never felt the pull to buy them.^^^ I would agree with this if I had a full-time place to keep my Silhouette out, and also if I didn't like the dimensional aspect of Thickers. I've used my Silhouette to cut some titles, but I like the dimension! (and don't want to do the layering trick with multiple cuts) I bought a silhouette saying to myself I was gonna save money in the long run cause I can just cut out all my titles and not have to buy anymore thickers.... but alas, I seem to be a lazy ass scrapbooker cause slapping a thicker on a layout is a whole lot easier then cutting letters out on my silhouette!

I need to count, but I think I have maybe 30-40 packs. I keep my thickers with the rest of my alphas so it's hard to say for sure. I'll try to remember to count them tomorrow! 950nancy Are the Prima inks chalk inks? I have some in some basic colors (sand, black, a brown). I think they might make pigment inks as well. I'm curious to know what you use. That would make for super fast color changes!

I never met a package I didn't like so maybe 300! Now keep in mind that I, like impearia, have been buying them since they started producing them, which was probably ten years ago.

I own a few Thickers, but I could probably count them on one hand. This is the reason I love electronic cutters. I can cut any font, weld the letters or keep them individual, cut them from any color or specialty paper, and size them to fit my layout.
Thickers are more likely to use commercial fonts, and I did buy one font because I loved the Thickers that used it, but there are so many free fonts that are great, I rarely feel a need to own a commercial font.
Thickers are a cool product, though.

I stopped counting at 160... there are more.
I *love* thickers. They are my go to title.
A few years back I thought: 1. white thickers would allow me to colour (with copics) whichever colour I wanted, and while I was correct, the problem is that AC doesn't make all the fonts in white!!! 2. I would use my silhouette to cut letters and that would ease my addction but I was *wrong*.
So I keep happily happily buying them!

Both of my big cutters will do chipboard and fun foam, plus stiffened felt, thin acrylic and a ton of other stuff. I guess I'm just not feeling the love, LOL.

75 thickers and I have lots of other types of alpha OA mini markets etc yeah I have a shit load of alphas lol I would be more embarrassed to say how many OA mini markets and Sassafras Lass alphas I have...let's just say I probably have more OA mini markets than I do Thickers...I LOVE those babies. I could use them on everything, and I do! I probably have 50 sets of Thickers. I definitely have more of the OA mini markets. I love them! I stock up at the warehouse sale. It's like I'm afraid I'll run out and the world will end...
I used up every last Sassafras Lass alpha I owned

I almost always weld the letters together before cutting, and to me it's so much easier to stick down a whole string of letters than to carefully eyeball where each letter should go. Ha ha, I think Thickers would be harder! Different strokes! I totally agree that if you can't keep your cutter out and hooked up all the time it would be more of a PITA to sit down and do it that way. Mine lives out on my desk all the time (and I have a commercial sized one so it takes up a lot more desk space than a Silhouette) and it's always hooked up. Usually I leave my laptop on in sleep or hibernate mode too, so just tapping a key or opening the lid wakes it up and I'm good to go in minutes. The best part is that I never have to say, "I wish somebody would make ____ in _____" because I can pull out a piece of paper or whatever and make it myself! 300 packs of Thickers even at $1.99 each, and that's about half the cost of my 15" Silver Bullet with a whole pile of accessories!

950nancy Thanks for posting the link to the Prima inks. I have some of those, so I'm going to give it a try! I took a class out here where they mail out the instructor from California. She always brings out new things to try on your layouts. She took letters from three different packages of Thickers and make a really cute Christmas title on waxed paper and then inked them. Even though they were all different, the color made them cohesive and I thought it was brilliant. I have even done it to glitter Thickers and it worked.

I will definitely have to try the re-coloring trick on glitter Thickers!
Now if you had asked me how many SMALL letter stickers- including the tiny tile alphas- I would have to plead the fifth-- they all fit in one Iris container, but they're small, you know? So there's probably a LOT more of them... I might count, just for fun and to horrify myself!!

IMHO you can never have too many alphas! I currently have a total of 103 packages, but 1/3-1/4 are probably duplicates (since I often buy at least two of every versatile font/color).

I learned a few years after I started using them that certain ones needed to be glued down when putting them on my page. I found so many of the chipboard ones at the bottom of my page protectors. So now I just use my mono adhesive on them.

I wish American Crafts would manufacture them without adhesive (& in more fonts & colors, especially navy & grey) & lower the MSRP accordingly...
