I don't have a scrappy space currently, but I know what works for me.
I like and need to see my stuff.
I was thinking about what would work for me best, and the next time I have a space, I am going to buy a large cork board at Office Depot, and hang zippy bags of embellishments with clear pushpins.
I will even be able to just use the pushpins to hang sticker sheets on their own on the cork board.

dewryce, thank you for mentioning how to deal with bulky washi that matches a collection! I usually make myself a note and drop it in the bag, but I love your idea to just put a piece of it with the kit. So much easier. Brilliant! Have to agree 100%. I have maybe 80 rolls and always forget to use it!

I have had it like this for almost 2 years now. You can see more on my blog post. triplethescraps.blogspot.com/2013/01/organizational-friday-washi-tape.html

I love Lisa Soares solutions lisasoares.typepad.com/lisas_blog/organization/(Sorry, i am on my phone so you will have to copy and paste) Basically she uses temp glue to glue her embellishments to a piece of cardstock so it can be filed upright and you can see everything. She also has a file system on her computer that is to die for. I would use Lisa's system of glue the collection together until it has been "used up" then move the remaining pieces to shape comtainers. A square container, a round container, a triangle container. I will be watching this thread closely, my system of throwing the bag in the closet, going to cook dinner and then searching for it later is just not working.
