I'm still not loving the show, but I thought this was the best episode by far. It had more of a narrative and felt tighter and more interesting. Curious to see how it ends the season.
The teens are still getting on my nerves though. And I did root for Rick from episode 1 and there were always likable characters,

I love how the military guys told Travis "whatever you do, don't get out of the truck!"; so what does he do...he gets out of the truck!!!

Travis is an idiot. He's way too slow and wimpy to survive the ZA.

I like the barber. Everyone else can die. This show is painful. Keeping in mind I felt that way about many season 1 TWD people too, like Shane & Lori. Ugg
Last week the whole show about the stupid light, this week not even mentioned.

I think they are trying to show us how people can change. We need to see Travis not wanting to shoot the walkers to see how much he's changed later as time goes by. I love Daryl, but he has changed so much since the beginning. I agree that skills that make you survive the apocalypse do not necessarily make you a good person in normal society.

Does anyone else think the guy in the cage with Nick could end up being another Governor type person if he survives?
