If anybody doesn't remember my previous post, Cricut Craftroom stopped for me when we upgraded to Mac OS 10.9. My computer programmer husband has been working on figuring out the problem. Since I know it works for some people with 10.9, he has a theory that it could be a problem related to the type of hardware you're running on. So...
If you use it successfully with 10.9, could you tell me what type of hardware you're running on. If you're not sure how to tell, go to Apple menu, About this Mac, then More Info... He wants to know the description at the top (mine say "MacBook Pro 13-inch, Mid 2010") and the Processor.
