Thank you so much, all of you. I cannot say how I appreciate the generosity. Kiwi, I understand your concern. I hesitated to post my address, but I'm taking my chances. I'm not always able to check back frequently, and I didn't want to miss anyone. I will forward the cards on to my friend who will then forward them on to her cousin.

Happy to send a card! Such an easy thing to do. Cannot imagine what this family is going through.

I just wanted to thank all of you who have sent cards...I've received several (one as far away as Scotland!!) and have forwarded them on to my friend.
Such sweet, generous people here.
Thank you again!

I forgot to do this! Is it still okay for me to do so this week instead?

I didn't see this earlier! I hope you're still receiving things. I'll put something in the mail tomorrow!

I just saw this for the first time. I will send a card but prob. not until next week. I will also pass along to my friend whose dd, 8 or 9 now, was diagnosed with leukemia at age two. She is healthy and cancer free, and I'll bet she would be happy to write to this young boy herself. hugs to all of you who care about him.

Oh, you guys are so sweet. Of course, I'd love to send him some more cards. I have received quite a few and I'm always so surprised by how generous perfect strangers can be in a time of need. Thank you to all of you who have sent cards, are sending cards or just sending prayers. I'm sure it will mean SO much to him and his family.

I am just now seeing this for the first time. I would like to send a card too but it will be a few days before I can get it out. I hope you have received bunch! What a sweet surprise for that little boy.
You are very kind to do this for him.

Is a Post Card OK? Thought he might like one from Cedar Point, an amusement park in my home town.

My fourth graders and I will do this next week. I will incorporate it into my first week lessons. We focus on caring and nurturing each other all year. This will be a great lesson for them.
We can talk about how we all want to help this little guy in time of need. I will take that into a conversation about helping each other every single day. We all need something.
Can't wait!
