My husband has spring allergies, and I will have to try washing them more in the spring and see if that helps. My son's pediatrician recommended it. It worked so well, I implemented the same thing for our bed. Only time either of them take Benadryl is if they spend a fair amount of time outdoors when the allergens are at peak. I hope it works well for you, too. Thanks!

We shoot for every other week. Sometimes we fail.

Once a week. I hate remaking the bed though, fighting to get the duvet back in it's cover is just the worst.

I guess I'm the only one that read the original question as "change" = "get new sheets" . Maybe it is because I'm thinking about a change in bedroom linens after 7 years with our current set. We aim for once a week washing and never go more than two weeks. I LOVE freshly washed sheets.

Once a week. I only have one sheet set right now so I just wash and put the sheets back on.

Once a week someyimes more. I have always said that if I ever win the Lottery I'd hire someone to change the sheets every day. This is me exactly. I LOVE fresh sheets, egyptian cotton in the summer and worn flannel in the winter.

I aim for each weekend, but if DH (who gets up later than I do) has the bed all made up, it gets skipped. The last 3 weeks though we have managed to change them weekly. We have 2 sets and rotate them.

I aim for every other week but I detest stripping and making the bed. Sometimes it goes longer because time gets away from me. I don't stress about it. When I remember, it gets done. For sure at least once a month, I work all week long and DH won't do it. Most weekends we are running from Saturday morning until Sunday night. Need to be home to wash sheets.

I am ashamed to say probably once a month these days.

Once a week. I hate remaking the bed though, fighting to get the duvet back in it's cover is just the worst. I bought a duvet about 6 yrs. ago and got in a "fight" with it all the time. I ended up throwing it out it was too much trouble!

I'd like to say once a week but in all honesty it's sometimes more like every second week.

I don't think cost matters just that there are no wrinkles or indents. My dh thinks I am little crazy when it comes to bedding but I am okay with that LOL.
