Pork chops, corn on the cob, stuffed mushrooms and roasted green beans. I need to make banana cake, bars or bread to use up bananas but am feeling too lazy.

I made a chicken and broccoli pesto alfredo with rigatoni noodles. I wanted to eat the whole pot, but I resisted. More yumminess for tomorrow.

Teriyaki Chicken, Rice, and Potstickers this is the 2nd time I'm trying the teriyaki recipe. The last time I followed the recipe but felt it was too sweet. This time I'm trying half white sugar half brown sugar (the original recipe was all white sugar). Hopefully I'll like it better. If not, guess it's time to move on and find a recipe that I like better. Brown sugar is just as sweet as white sugar, just with a flavor of its own. You might try cutting down on the total amount of sugar in the recipe. OK, you are right... I'm pretty sure that this is the first time in my life I have said something was too sweet. Normally when I hear someone say that (or something is too rich) I just stare back unblinking and wondering in my head if anything could be too rich or too sweet. Well, this teriyaki sauce is! It's unfortunate because I really do love it otherwise, and it's *almost* there.

I just pinned that same recipe a week or two ago ... someone here must have posted it. Thanks for the warning about it being too sweet. I will cut the sugar in half when I make it and taste before adding more.

I normally work something like 10 to 7 so don't have time for good meals on work days. BUT, I went in at 7:30 so I got off at 4:30. DH didn't get off until 8 pm. Anyway, came home, threw the ingredients for my yeast roll/bun recipe in the bread machine on mix and rise. Made homemade rolls, potatoes with cream sauce and snap beans. Asked DH what meat he wanted out of the freezer.
I made a BIG batch of rolls and buns. They are now in a giant zipper seal back (not zip lock). They'll stay in the refrigerator and I might freeze some.

We had Ravioli Bianca, caesar salad and some garlic bread. The Ravioli Bianca was a new recipe I got from Publix. They had samples to try a few weeks ago, and it was yummy. Last night was my first opportunity to make it.
