A friend wants me to join her - she makes homemade soaps. We'll each have our own table.
I was thinking about an eclectic mix of candle holders and coasters, but thought I'd ask the Refupeas.....

I saw someone had used the Silhouette to cut out the facial features of Olaf from Frozen. She then put those on a plastic ornament. She had sprinkled white glitter inside the ornament. It was cute.

I think it depends on the area. I've seen people selling their own candles sit there with almost no sales at some shows and others nearly sell out.
What I have noticed is that girl stuff is really popular. All of my girl color socks sell like crazy but the boy color ones sit there show after show. There's nothing different in patterns or sizes. If it's in the boyish color range, it doesn't seem to be as popular, but the pink ones go like crazy, no matter what size I make.
I avoid making too many hats because there's always 3 other people selling knit or crochet hats. I don't do the ruffle yarn because 4 other people are. But mittens are popular. I can barely keep up with those.
People seem to prefer stuff that can be used, not just sit there on a table or shelf. Stocking stuffers are popular too.

If I see a boo-boo bunny at a craft fair, I usually pick up a few. They're the terry washcloths folded in a loop, tied, and decorated to look like a bunny face and ears (loop is the body). It holds the ice-cube when your kid gets a boo-boo. I love those things!

I think "reusable" is a big deal.
Reusable sandwich bags, shopping bags, produce bags. Covers and accessories for cloth diapering The reusable roll of towels, swiffers.

Personally I wouldn't buy homemade candle holders or coasters.
I've been to several craft fairs this summer. Big things at those were LOTS of jewelry. Lawn ornaments. The big one has been a flower made of old spoons, on a stick, and stick it in the ground. I think there are examples on etsy. bird feeders made from either vintge wood, like barn, or plates.

Thanks for the suggestions/comments. Unfortunately, I suck at sewing so that rules out a lot of things.
