So, I bought the tray a few weeks ago and finally got around to checking it out tonite. Good in theory and I'll make it work, but if anyone hasn't gotten one yet, and is thinking about it, let me tell you this. It only comes w/10 dividers that you can move. Wasn't enough for me. The 3 vertical dividers don't move, so you're limited with what will fit. Either plan on getting 2 or putting something like a stack of 12x12 paper on top of it, otherwise things will fly around. Like I said, I don't hate it but I wish I would've known then what I realized tonite.

I bought one about a year ago and still can't figure out what to put in it. Kinda glad someone else has the same issue! I was feeling a bit silly since it's made for scrap stuff and made for the Iris box so I should have been able to do something with it. . .

I bought one too.....I use it as a small kit holder.....I put ink stamps and tools etc with paper and flat embellishments on top. More like a portable desk caddy than anything else.....hope that makes sense.....

It wouldn't suit my setup at all. I'd be interested in an organiser for my desk but it would have to be long and skinny otherwise would take up too much room.

I use two in one Iris 12x12 for wood veneers. Works great!

I got the tray recently, and I really like it. I use it for embellishments, stamps and other items I have assembled for layouts. I agree that the position of the dividers can be limiting. I wish one section was a little wider to hold something like a pack of Thickers.

I use the Iris flip-lid boxes for my kit storage. I like to use the trays to hold the embellishments, but I also wish one of the sections was wider.

I went out and bought two more after I filled my first two trays with wood veneers. It's a bit inconvenient that you have to store the case flat, but I love being able to customize the compartment sizes.

I use two in one Iris 12x12 for wood veneers. Works great! I was just thinking it looks very shallow. But that would be a great fix.

That looks like it would work good for a "crop", if you needed to pack up a basic supply kit. I think that is what I would buy it for.

I use mine to hold embellishments for my kits it would be great if you could change the widths and if it had a lid so I wouldn't have to keep everything horizontal.

I bought two because I'm stupid. I was going to put wood veneer in it, but I store mine in my Alex drawer unit and the freakin' trays don't fit. I put them in an Iris case that I use as sort of a travel PL, but now that's done, and it never worked great for that anyway. The middle dividers wouldn't move and the 4x6 cards and stamps wouldn't fit in the compartments. Just made a mess. I'd give them to someone if I knew anyone local, but mailing 12x12 stuff is a bitch.

I put two of these in an Iris case and use them to store Stickles and Liquid Pearls. It works ok although even with two of them they still shift around some but I'm not keeping it flat when I take them to a crop.

I'm liking these trays pretty well so far. I use them in the Iris cases, as part of my "color" organization. I put flat embellishments (die cuts, stickers, journaling cards) loose on the bottom of the case where I can just sift through them. Then, the organizer tray is set on top of those and is filled with the bulky embellishments (buttons, brads, bling) of the same color. It's not perfect, but I do like having the flat & bulky embellishments of each color in one place. It's really convenient for the way I scrap.

I bought one to put in my December Daily iris case. I'm disappointed with it, too. There's no way I would use it for traveling to a crop as all the stuff would fall out when you turn the Iris case on its side to put in a bag or tote. And aerenkelly, I totally hear you!

I got a couple to try last year sometime but couldn't stand them. They just didn't work with the way I scrap and store things. I gave them to a local friend and she loves them. To each their own!

I am in the same boat, the vertical dividers are not movable thus the embellies in their packaging don't fit well. I have one in place but like OP I have paper on top to keep everything in place in the box because mine are stored vertically and not stacked.

Note to self; don't bother buying these.
It's always nice to get reviews from others.
