If you are trying to lose weight or eat healthy, what is the one food you cannot have in your house because if you take one bite, you lose control and glutton it down?
Mine: Nacho Cheese Doritos

Fresh baguettes - even the pieces from Panera. Fresh French or sourdough bread with butter is my downfall.

Oreos. Haven't been allowed in my house in almost 7 years.

Homemade baked goods. As a general rule, I don't bake because of this.

Definitely homemade chocolate chip cookies. If they're in the house, I'll wake up and want to eat 5 first thing in the morning. I crave them all the time but haven't made them in nearly 2 years.

Anything sweet and close at hand. Cookies and candy in particular. If desperate, I have been known to resort to the grape jelly jar and a spoon. I can't believe I just admitted that!

Lay's Low Salt Ripple potato chips w/Hellava Good french onion dip. I can eat nearly the whole bag and most of the dip on a bad day. I would buy them thinking I could control myself.
Not so much. I've stopped even going near them in the store...I know they cannot come in the house.

Oatmeal raisin cookies fresh from the oven, and hot scones. I can ignore chocolate, cake or pie but scones and oatmeal cookies will get me every time.
