I received a package of a Basic Grey pompoms from their Fresh Cut collection (http://store.scrapbook.com/bg-frs-4469.html) in a kit, and I have no idea what to do with them. I tried searching on Pinterest, but only found two cards, and no LO's, so I'm lost as to how to use them. Has anyone used these on your LO's? Honestly, at this point, I may just RAK the whole package of them. Lol

I hadn't seen these before- wow, they're cut but big! Would a page protector mash them on LO?
I'd use on gift wrap, but truthfully I don't wrap that many cute packages.

I imagine they would get smushed by the page protector. Honestly, they're one of the few items I've ever received in a kit that have me totally clueless. Lol

I've been tempted to buy them, but so far have resisted. Could you use a large needle and thread them on some heavier weight thread/fine string/embroidery cotton, space out the pom poms a bit, and make a fun garland for a page? Turn them into part of a homemade embellishment: flower centre, top of a cupcake/ice cream cone, added to the tip of a party hat. Sprinkle them around the page like really big, bumpy polka dots! You could probably trim/shave off a portion of the back of each one so they aren't quite so large/round. A very long time ago my girls loved using pom poms on their layouts. The ones we had were smaller than the Basic Grey poms you have.. my girls used to shove a brad through the middle and stick them to their page like that. It looked pretty cool. And I admired their creativity.

For a layout or card Cut them in half and stick them down maybe?
Would be nice for a page with cats, kids crafting, Fairies (reminds me of the pompoms on Tinkerbell's shoes), a bunny's tail, pompoms for winter hat and mittens dies cuts...that's all I can think of for now.

I crazily bought a few packs planning on stringing them together ... But the more I look at them, the more I feel they are too small to look good as a garland. Sighhhh Will be watching this thread for more ideas!
