Let's take a walk down memory lane. What's the first layout you posted in the 2Peas gallery? This is the first thing I uploaded to the 2Peas gallery. It must have been for the Photography MB.

From 2004...not my first layout, but the first one I put on 2peas. It's straight in real life. My dd (in the red pants) is 14 now and my son (green shirt) is 18 and just graduated from high school. This was part of a series of layouts I did from that summer. We picked one Seattle park a week and took a field trip there.

CMPeter - Don't they grow so fast? Sometimes when their little it seems like forever, and then you turn around and they are almost adults.
PinkPrincess - the link didn't work. I got some message about "we no longer advertise for 2Peas" I thought that was funny.
DisneyPal - Love the colors you used.

KI Memories transparency and patterned papers Hambly rubons Scenic Route and Making Memories alpha stickers Prima flowers My youngest DD had been so looking forward to starting school but the reality of first day was so overwhelming.

I could open PinkPrincess' link either but if you copy and past it in a new window, then it works.

Ashley I used to be in to paper tearing too and I know I still have a stash of those metal hearts (Making Memories I think?).
I also love looking at two page spreads but I really struggle with them myself. I find them very challenging to get both pages feeling cohesive.

Eeek! That's a scary sight! From 2006. One of my first digital layouts. I was scrapping 8 x 10 at the time and apparently didn't know how to color correct my photos, lol. Love the sweet smile on my girl, but not the funky looking, disproportional flowers on the paper or the red/purple color cast on the photo

I also love looking at two page spreads but I really struggle with them myself. I find them very challenging to get both pages feeling cohesive. OMG, I just remembered that I didn't have any ink so I actually used a lighter to burn and darkern the edges of the paper! Which is actually a paper bag. The metal heart is a brad that came from the bulk section of my LSS. They hated me there because I bought 1 heart brad, 1 star brad, 1 pin, 1 small tag, etc. I was on a pretty serious budget and just starting out.

Here's my first layout posted in the pod! Bittersweet -- my nephew in the Scream outfit has since passed away. My Tigger turns 18 in a few days and is headed to college in the fall. My sweet bumblebee is almost 14 and will be in high school. Crazy how much time has passed! (And based on my other layouts at the time, I had a deep fondness for Paperkinz -- haha!) Attachments:

So many great pages! Here is the first one I uploaded to 2peas. Certainly not the first one I did though. Can't believe this little girl is 14 now or that I thought this page was a good one!

Ashley I'll take that as a compliment. LazyDaisy - bittersweet indeed I think I was too late into the game for Paperkinz. Christi - I adore those 'from the back' photos and I had those Autumn Leaves papers too.

Oh these are great! Here's mine. It's a bridal shower/bachelorette party invite for my BFF. I made these in all different colors. The "panties" and "bras" are actually from a swimsuit border sticker. Ha! I cut them up. Each invite was a different color because of the multi-colored swimsuits. I hand drew the clothesline and pins. I posted this Edited to add: I posted this in June of 2002!

Sarah, were those MM foam letters? I was so desperate for those things back in the day! I finally bought them (big spend, for me) and used them quite a bit.

I think they were MM chipboard letters that I painted. I have the foam ones in that font too.

I know I do! They are sitting in an old vintage suitcase on my scrap table. We never really get rid of anything, do we?

Oh, I love looking at all these. It really makes me realize how precious scrapbooking is. Even though the layouts may not be your current style, they are all so wonderful exactly as they are.
LazyDaisy -- So sorry about your nephew. That has to be difficult.
