I just got an order from Scrapbook.com and wanted to let everyone know about my experience since I know some are looking for a new online store. I thought the site was good navigating it was easy. They have a good selection of product. The order arrived packaged extremely well. It came UPS. The only thing I was even remotely dissatisfied with was it took 10 days to get here. The only reason that bothered me is because I was going out of town to scrap and I had hoped to get it in time. I knew I was probably cutting it close when I ordered, but I had hopes of maybe a week delivery time. I will certainly order from them again; but will allow 2 weeks for delivery. Hope this helps anyone in search of a new online store.

I think the delivery time depends on where you are located in comparison to them. They are located in Mesa, Arizona. I've been ordering from them for years and usually get my stuff within 3 days since I live in west Texas. My orders from 2Peas would take about 2 weeks to arrive. One of the things I was getting pretty upset with 2Peas on my orders this year was that they didn't pack the 12x12 paper properly and I was always ending up with bent or torn corners. Have never had that problem with SB.com or ACOT.

A placed an order from them a while ago and was impressed they had Priority boxes that were true fit for 12x12 paper; I think the size on the box said 13x13 (or something close). The box also had their name on it, so they must have special ordered the boxes.

I love ordering from scrapbook.com and ACOT, they are my absolute favorites. So. I'm so happy to hear that you had a great experience. You wouldn't think so, but it really is hard to find companies that package paper correctly. Being that they are in the business, you think they would consider that bent corners are a big deal for us scrappers.

I've always been pleased with them. Not so pleased with Joann's right now because it took them 12 days to to process the order before they even shipped it. Grr

I will try scrapbook.com with my next order. I ordered from ACOT and my paper bundle came with one corner smashed. It looked like it was dropped on the corner before it shipped as the edges of my box were fine. And it took as long or longer than any twopeas order did. I never had a order from two peas that was damaged. I am on the nor cal coast so an order from twopeas came a long way. If scrapbook.com is in Arizona it should come quicker

I just received a Scrapbook.com order, and my experience was the same as OP's. Everything was packed well. It took them about a week to ship. I'm still waiting to hear from ACOT with my Shimelle paper preorder.

I have ordered several times from them and always been satisfied. It took a couple of weeks from SB.com and 2 Peas for me. The last two orders from ACOT have arrived within a week. Both orders were packed well and arrived undamaged. I hope you enjoy your new goodies!

What's ACOT? I figure I should know this but nothing comes to mind.

I am a regular at ACOT, I order one day, it usually ships the next, and I can expect the package in the mail 3 days after that. They are in MI and I am in South Carolina. I have NEVER had a damaged package. But, I never had damage from 2P's or Scrapbook.com either.

I will try ACOT for my next order and see if they have a quicker delivery time for me. I'm sure I will still order from scrapbook.com even if ACOT is faster. I like to have multiple places to order supplies.

Thank you for such a thorough review. It's always good to hear from people you trust before purchasing from a site for the first time.

I love A Cherry On Top!!! Fast service...good shipping rates! But a question about SB.com. Do they have a discount on shipping when buying a certain amount? I can't seem to find anything about that.
