I came back to this thread just to giggle some more.
No joke, when my dh and I crawl into bed around 9:30 or 10 at night it's like we breathe a sign of relief to turn "Seinfeld" on. The humor, the familiarity, the rhythm - it's just very soothing after a long day.

I don't know if I could pick a favorite! I have all the seasons on DVD, and I still watch them almost every night on TBS. The neon chicken sign, the Merv Griffin show set, the one where George pretends he's a marine biologist and has to rescue the whale, Kramer and Newman trying to recycle bottles in Michigan, Little Jerry the fighting chicken, "Serenity now!!!"...all favorites of mine. The Merv Griffin set--how could i have forgotten about that. That one was awesome!

I cannot possibly pick just one. The Contest was hilarious. But what about the one where the crew went to visit their friend's baby, and George had "shrinkage?" The Soup Nazi, of course. The Assman was a great one.(Don't know if that is the right title.) What was the one where George's mom caught him masturbating with Glamor magazine in his hand?
I am smiling just thinking about them, and I haven't seen most of them in years.

The one where George developed a man crush on the guy that Elaine was dating.. They went rock climbing and George made sandwiches. Hilarious.

I love the one where Jerry and Kramer switch apartments (The Kenny Rogers Chicken sign was keeping Kramer up). Jerry and Kramer kind of switch personalities. At night, Jerry thinks he hears the ventriloquist dummy "Mr. Marbles" walking around.

They are on TBS every night and we watch them every night. I'd be really hard pressed to name a favorite...but I do love the one when Jerry is flying in first class and Elaine is in coach. She makes me laugh every time. I also love the one when Elaine finds out that Puddy is religious. I was just thinking about that one as I was reading these and I love that one. He's all calm and she's like "don't you care that I'm going to hell?" and he says, "no, I'm not the one going to hell." Hahahhaha. I love so many of them. I love it when they move the frogger video game, the one with the wedding in India that is backwards (so clever!), the one where George gets his own restroom at work and they want him to quit but he won't!!! I say SO many Seinfeld things in everyday life like about the O that is attached to the B (BO in Jerry's car from the valet) and on and on. I heart Seinfeld.

I'm now in the mood for Seinfeld, so I just watched "The Susie" episode on my Crackle app.

My favorite episode is the one where they are in the parking garage. But I also love the one where Jerry steals the last loaf of rye bread from the little old lady, who then recognizes him in a later episode when his Dad is running for President at the retirement village they live in.
Also love when Elaine works for Mr. Peterman, and the drug testing.

The Chinese food restaurant episode or the parking garage episode.
"Seinfeld, 4!"

I think I'd have to pick the one with the Kenny Rogers chicken sign, too. Who knew Jerry could do Kramer so well? Though a close second would be the one where George is dating the female version of Jerry (her hair!).
I laughed and laughed just reading this thread, remembering all these hilarious episodes.

There are so many, many more. And of course I love every single episode already mentioned. I have said for years and I still feel this way that Seinfeld is absolutely the best show ever on TV. I absolutely adore it. I think it was masterful. And also like Peabay, I watch the reruns all of the time on TBS. I agree - it's the best show ever made. It's on every night here on one of the cable channels. And I have to make a confession..... when people say they don't like Seinfeld..... I lose a bit of respect for them.

Thought of another...when Kramer uses his apartment as a hotel for Japanese business men and they sleep in his dresser drawers.

We also watch every week night in bed and have been doing it for years. We know the episodes so well but don't tire of it at all. I tried to get a copy of the boardgame "Scene It Seinfeld" but it's not available in Australia (They probably didn't make dvd's for our region). Does anyone have it? Is it good?

To have them on Netflix and watch from the beginning, in order, would be ahMAzing. You can catch reruns, but to see from the very first episode would be so cool.
He once said his shows made no sense and had no theme but it still would be neat to start from beginning.

The Contest, no doubt. "I'm out!" Ann I agree with this whole-hardheartedly. The best episode ever! The wheels on the bus go round-and-round... The woman across the block has nothing on, nothing on, nothing on... Another fave of mine is when Kramer goes back to work at H & H Bagels and Elaine gives out her "Fake" phone number to denim vest (Festivus). I also love the one where Kramer finds the Merv Griffin set in a trash dumpster and makes a show. There is a secret Seinfeld group I belong to on FB that is the best. Don't know why the admin's made it secret but whatever. <br [hash]seinfeld
