I've tried off and on for two weeks to upload photos. Anyone else having any problems? I see on their message board that a lot of people are complaining about it. If they can't resolve it, I guess I need to find a new company. Any recommendations? |

Yep same here, I would get almost all my photos loaded that I wanted to print and it would crash on me. It's really frustrating after you spent the time to do it then it crashes so I gave up, glad to know it wasn't just user error. I don't know of any other good recommendations but hopefully someone will chime in with some as I would like to know also.

My computer just freezes and I have to force shut down. So annoyed. I sent an email to them to see if I can find out what's up. |

Their mobile app is evil. It never gets past the upload of 60 photos for me. App just crashes. So, no free 100 photos a month I guess. Thanks Snapfish.
