And just one more..... I do so love color with black and white..... link - No pattern but it looks easy enough. Is that not the happiest bag! It makes me happy to look at, that's for sure.

It's been a while since I've crocheted. Just been busy with other things, I guess. I got a book of Japanese sweater patterns that I was excited about (I've done a few of those before), but once it arrived I guess I wasn't as excited as I thought I was. One of these days. Your work is gorgeous. Do you share your patterns? I saw where somebody uploaded this book on Picasa (the one that I got the cream pineapple sweater from--starts on page 53). If you download the photos I think they're probably big enough to see all the details.

It's all in the left hand (if you're right-handed) and how you let the yarn glide through your fingers. You'll get to a point where you don't think about it, you just rely on muscle memory of what feels right. There is a group on Ravelry for 2peas folks....I cannot remember the name off the top of my head tho.. on Ravelry we are here although I must admit I quite like having a thread on this forum so I don't have to check in lots of places (lazy or what, lol). I quite like this blanket as a multi-colour, multi-stitch piece. MUST finish some WIPs first before I start anything new...

I've currently got 4 projects on the hook. Well, one I just frogged but it's all set to start over. 1. My temperature afghan - I'm about half way through row 2. Only two months behind. I used a chainless foundation to start it since it is 400 stitches long. I'm using a linen stitch for it. 2. THIS Skirt but in these colors. This is the one I frogged. 3. An Entrelac baby blanket. I need to haul on this one because the shower is in three weeks. 4. And my absolute favorite, this gorgeous Entrelac Ruana I am making for my mom. I work on the baby blanket daily and the afghan when I need a break. When those two get frustrating, I work on the Ruana.

What does "frogged" mean? I've heard this term a few times and I can't come up with it.

Attic24 instructions are in British terms. So, that should help. :-) Yes, that's what I was trying to say. The site mentioned first in the thread (Crochet Crowd) is American, I am a Brit and Attic 24 instructions use British terms so I didn't want to confuse myself further with crochet by watching a US 'how to' and then trying to follow British instructions.

Yea, I was like that once too. Just one tub, I told myself, when it gets full I won't buy anymore until this is used.
I now have an entire shelving unit because 6 tubs just weren't enough anymore.
I am trying really hard to resist the packs at wool warehouse. Every time we talk Attic24 here, I go look. And drool. I swear I will finish these three I'm working on right now. Will.not.start.new.project. Eh... they keep talking about wool. Wool, even soft wool, tends to make me itch. Plus I live where it's about a bajillion degrees. Now, if they were talking about cotton, cotton, cotton, (or even acryllic.... I know, but there it is) it'd be different. For me, anyway. So you guys just keep on talking wool and we can remain friends.

I'm trying to remember to use the word 'yarn' instead. I think most of the Attic24 projects are in either acrylic or cotton

I really - really - do not need to buy more yarn right now!

What does "frogged" mean? I've heard this term a few times and I can't come up with it. As far as I know it just means to unravel or undo your work. I just call it that..."I had to undo my last 3 rows because I made a mistake" but the cool kids will say "I frogged the last 3 rows".

"Frogging" is when you "rip it, rip it."
