What are you talking about? Interesting how you avoid the topic of your unhealthy obsession of not letting go of old drama. You do realize there's an ENTIRE BOARD here for the old threads from Two Peas, right? And what's your point? Last time I looked it was things of humor.

Annabella - there are 62 old threads already saved on "History of 2 Peas" board. Why does it matter that Lucy asked about another old thread? You are not asking the other peas to let go of their past. Am I missing something here? It's unhealthy to be obsessed with some internet stranger who offended you 5 years ago. I barely remembered what the thread was about, but I re-read it and I see my position was that the OP didn't fully prove it was Beadhound, others agreed as well. I just skimmed the first few pages, because who has time to re-read 25 pages, oh well maybe Lucy. She wants to hold a grudge against a pea who has been gone for 5 years! Who wants to stay angry like that, well Lucy.

*sigh* oh annabella. Don't you have anything better to do with your time than follow an old lady around and toss silly, pointless insults at her? You've been doing it to me for years, and I don't even know what I did to set you off. But you're going to keep on doing it and insist it's reasonable behavior, aren't you? Well, carry on. You are like a little gadfly and you don't affect my life, except to make me wonder once in a while about what's actually wrong with you.

Lucy you keep saying I follow you around, I don't even remember having conversations with you, that's how little a blimp you are on my radar. This is another example of how you need to let go people on the internet and find some happiness in your real life.

I'd prefer the beadhound thread not be posted here please - that one was ugly from start to finish and not the kind of thing that I think we should be keeping here. Totally understand people keeping things themselves for their own personal reasons, but the other drama threads that have been posted here all have at least an element of humour (as far as I know, please tell me if I'm wrong) and I'd like to keep it that way. Thanks If a thread goes south here, are you going to lock/delete it? Or are you just not wanting negative threads from the past brought over and not going to restrict future threads here? Honestly, no snark intended, I'd like to know because I don't want to get attached/invested in this board if drama/nasty threads are going to be shut down here. I really valued how unmoderated the old boards were. I totally agree with AN. I am surprised to see that an old post is not allowed here. I didn't think we were going to have things censored like that. I haven't read that post, at least I don't remember it, but I would like the opportunity to read it. I would like to think we can all make up our own minds as to whether or not to continue reading a post if we find it too distasteful. Making the decision to not allow a post without putting it to a vote of the majority makes me feel uncomfortable to be honest. Now I may read the post and stop before completing it because I find I don't like it, but I would at least like the opportunity to make up my own mind. I do appreciate that this board seems to be a kinder, gentler version so far, but I don't know if it is going to stay that way, and I, for one, don't want to see it artificially forced due to restrictions on content, especially content that was suitable to remain on the 2 peas site. Shouldn't there at least be a discussion if not a vote?

I didn't see the humor in the Donna Downey / Pea with cancer thread, or the multiple in memory threads for Peas who have passed, or the Hall of Fame "scandal" thread.

I'm still fascinated by an old thread you started, Annabella, all about the birthday party you threw yourself and how you wanted to make people wear color-coordinated clothing, in addition to paying their fair share of the cover charges and liquor. Loved it! You should save it - you know, as a thing of humor.

So I can expect that you will no longer pop into random threads to say bitchy things about me. Excellent.

I thought I saw where someone else saved that thread Lucy. I could be wrong though. I thought it was actually reposted a couple of weeks ago. Thanks. I thought the same thing, but since I didn't see it on the history board, I thought I'd go ahead and save it anyway. wait, which thread are you talking about? I'm currently talking about the decorative towels thread. If you mean the Beadhound thread, hopefully it was saved and has been/will be posted. Lucy,
I was talking about the towel thread. I am going to see if I can find it here. I swear I saw it.

I knew someone would say that minutes after I posted lol but I didn't want that little note at the side saying I edited my post. Ultimately I figured people can critique the spelling if they have nothing to say about the message.

... and some of the biggest, most controversial threads are gone. While shorter or less controversial threads from the same time frame are still there. However, I did get the decorative towel thread, one of my all-time favorites. (Decorative towels? WHO KNEW??) I didn't want to research how to save it as a PDF, so I just saved each page as a text file, and later on I can go through them at my leisure and clean up the junk stuff. Then I'll post it in the 2peas history area. No pictures saved, but most of the pix posted in the thread were already labeled "unavailable" anyway. Anyone else got stuff they still need to post? Should I not bother with the decorative towels thread because someone else is already working on it? Lucy - I'm so glad you got the towel thread. I saved it as a PDF, I just haven't had time to clean it up to post. If you haven't started, I can go ahead and finish what I started.

I don't really feel censored and I'm the one who removed the link from my post. Admin said in her follow-up post that it was simply a request and that she wouldn't have deleted it if it had already been posted. That's not my idea of being censored.

I'm not a drama llama, but controversy can be a great learning tool and really open our eyes to other opinions or even things we might be doing and not realize. I go to a non-scrapbooking message board that locks it's threads at the slightest suggestion of a controversy and it's so frustrating. It's like no one has a real voice, all we can talk about is fluff

lucyg - I also have the decorative towel thread, but haven't started working on it yet. I also have several others that I need to get posted over here. I have all 15 pages of the one on this thread too, just in case it is gone before you get a chance to snag it. I never got a chance to read that one, so I now I can!

I thought Beadhound wrote all that stuff about cops one night and the shit hit the fan, then came back the next day said it was actually visiting French teenagers who were posting as her. In the end she the peas called BS and she left the board. That's not correct?
