So today I decided to separate my dies from stapes. I have a lot of die shapes. Then I dumped another rubbermaid container full of stuff and it was mixed media things. From long Prima doll paper to Twinkling H2Os to stamp ink from 20 different companies. Somehow I have to start using this stuff. I am not sure where to begin though. Any ideas? My dies and stamps are cute. My mixed media stuff is cool too. I found a couple of old kits from say 2008 or so there is more to it. I just won't get into it. Elannah

Do you want to use it in a mixed media sense? Or just in general for scrapbooking and or card making? Pinterest. Find something you like and scraplift away. Watch some youtube Or just do some good old fashion R & D with the products and see what happens. Try a technique on some scraps.

I dont really use any mixed media stuff but have a lot of stamps & dies. Maybe just have a play around and try out some things? I often start by stamping and cutting some images I might want to use then see how they look on a LO.

Just grab a die (or stamp) and make a point of using it on your next layout.
I really like diecuts and stamped images when I layer.

I find card making gives me a quick and easy sense of achievement Once something is used, it is easier to start incorporating it into your LOs

If you have a specific product you want to use, I like to google it and look at the images. It can give you some good ideas to get you started. Sometimes I copy the first thing I make exactly (like a card) and then I get ideas to use it other ways!
