I think this is the last season. I hope everyone remembers how it ended last season. It will be interesting to see how they deal with it! ETA: I just found this so maybe this isn't the last season after all: Season 4 will also cover real-life events such as Reagan's Star Wars speech and the TV movie The Day After. Though he and creator/executive producer Joe Weisberg don't have an end date for the series in mind, Fields said they view the fourth season like "we're coming toward the end of the second act" of a three-act structure. "Whether it takes a fifth season or a fifth and sixth season to tell the rest of the story, I think we'll discover as we start to dig into next season's work, which will happen as we dig out of this season. ... We'll do what's right for the storytelling." ETA: THERE IS A SEASON LONG THREAD FOR EPISODE DISCUSSIONS!

Last week they had a *catch-up* show that is sitting on our DVR. Need to watch it tomorrow night in anticipation of Wednesday's premiere. A fun fact ~ did you know that Elizabeth and Phillip are a couple in real life and expecting a baby?

Really looking forward to it. FX did a recap that my DVR captured since this is in my list of to-be-recorded shows. If you can find that (maybe look on their site or On Demand), it'll remind you of everything from season 3 in just a few minutes

It is embedded in my brain. Can't wait to see how Elizabeth and Phillip react to that little nugget.

I can't wait, thanks for the reminder. I only recently discovered this show and binged watched for weeks because Season 1-3 are streaming on Amazon. I am all caught up and can't wait to find out what happens next. The previews looked really exciting. I can't believe I like every character on this show (despite all the awful things they do).

I love that show.
I'm trying to remember the last season ending. Did Paige tell her pastor that her parents were spies?

Was not even a little bit surprised at Nina's fate, who I think was expedited by Anton's father so his son wouldn't associate with her on any level. I'm just exhausted on behalf of Elizabeth and Phillip...trying to ingrain themselves with Pastor Tim and wife. Ugh.

I think it just felt like a punch in the gut because of her dream right before...that was just dirty pool! And when they said "shortly," they meant SHORTLY.

Last nights episode was good, loved the jealousy from Elizabeth the last two episodes as she realized Philip has feelings for Martha. I can't figure out if Martha is going to be killed, kill herself or finally realize what's up and kill Philip. Jen

The preview showed her calling the office, so I'm sure there will be a chase as each side tries to get to her first. I wonder if they will contrast how Nina was treated as a traitor in Russia and how Martha is treated as a traitor to the US. My money is on the Americans getting to her first and Phillip working Stan to figure out what she is telling them.

Glad to learn there will be even more!

If the Americans get to her first and they have her do a sketch of Philip maybe Stan would recognize the sketch. They have to let Stan in on who Philip and Elezibeth really are before the series is over. Jen

I think the Center will take Martha out unless the Americans find her immediately.

This show never fails to surprise and horrify.
I think Martha signed her own death warrant by leaving the safe house. Either Phillip or Elizabeth will end up killing her is my guess.
I always find myself feeling so tense after each episode!

I find it so interesting how the audience emotions can be manipulated by this show. It's a given that Phillip and Elizabeth are killers.. spys who are out to harm our nation... yet it's so hard to hate them. I find myself not wanting them to be caught at the same time feeling horrified by their actions. Pulled in both directions. Great writing, great acting.

I adored this show - I watched Season 1 but haven't managed to watch anymore. It's not safe for kids, and I have kids around!
