Many of us are wishing we used our washi more so; share what you've done (Lo's, cards, projects) and let's get those rolls (& rolls, & rolls . . .) of washi used.

I mix up my LO sizes in the same albums, especially for Project Life. For instance, I may put a 5x7 birthday invitation or 8x10 piece of kids' art in a page protector and then I seal the top shut with washi so things don't fall out of the pockets as the pages are turned. This has been a good way to use up some tape and add a bit of color to my albums also. And it sure beats sewing the pockets closed!

I have so much washi and often just overlook it. Must make a real effort to use some so looking forward to seeing lots of inspiration!

I love using washi tape to create a fast border across the top and / or bottom of a layout. It adds a bit of colour and interest, and is super fast and easy. Like on this page: Here's a close up of the tape at the top:

TFS - Doubling your width is a great way to add a new look with washi!
I think that I can explain how to post a pic: 1) It has to be hosted somewhere. 2) Right click on the pic and then on copy URL 3) Go to the top of the reply box and click on the icon that looks like a photo 4) a popup will say "Image URL" 5) Paste the URL that you copied in that space 6) That's it!
If that doesn't work, let us know. Maybe, someone can explain it better.

I did a LO last night and used about 3" of two different rolls, then about 6" go another kind. When you have well over 50, does that count? Lol

I've been using my washi on cards a lot. I did find that the cheaper stuff like Recollections brand, I have to use my ATG on it because they weren't staying stuck down. Sigh.
