Today I had a real Coca-cola. I haven't had one in almost two years because I don't do soda or caramel coloring anymore.
Damn, that coke was good!

Have you seen the commercial where they talk about good health (Kaiser-Permanente maybe) and it says you only have to do one sit-up to be healthy or eat one small piece of broccoli and you're eating healthfully (is that a word?). Yea, I wish that was real life. I also wish suntanning was good for you as well as fried foods all desserts candy junk food (all the food!)

Cheese and bread. I could eat buckets of both. caro I also cut out pop almost 3 years ago. I do have one ocassionslly when I really need that carbonated goodness, but that's maybe 3 times a year. It's just too sweet now.

Butter - I've just eaten breakfast which was 2 thickly cut slices of fresh WHITE bread slathered with lashings of butter. Heaven.
And fried food. It's my downfall.
And cheese.
And chocolate.
And bacon. Extra fatty and cooked in butter to get it nice and crispy.

White carbs of any kind - bread, pasta, potatoes, sugar. And yes, I've done a low carb diet, and no, the cravings for that stuff never went away.

This is good for you but high in calories, an avocado. I love the taste and it is hard to stop at 1/3 to 1/2.

Bread is my kryptonite. I love to bake it. I love to eat it. Slathered with real butter. Oh my!
I also love chocolate chip cookie dough. I'd eat the whole bowl if my kids wouldn't notice.
