I did.
But I also try to think of something positive every time I think negative. (I try, don't always succeed.)
So if you posted there, now let's share something positive!
Mine is that I am getting closer to my brother through all of this. He is my primary medical support person, and has been awesome. I think it takes some pressure of my dh, too, because he can be worried about me but also know that I'm being taken care of.

My niece and her family are coming to visit this weekend! Her baby is almost 10 months old, and I'm eager to get my hands on that cute little sweetheart. A whole lot of spoiling will occur!

Despite my stbxh's leaving me a month ago, I feel amazing! I don't remember being this happy in a long time.

Great idea!
* DH recently started working 3 minutes from our house as opposed to 45 minutes.
* My first niece's first birthday is Friday and we are hoping to travel to celebrate with family in the DFW area.
* My nephew and sister visited last week and we had a fabulous time.
* Our neighborhood pool opens April 30th and I am excited to get back to my therapy.
* The same thing I was worried about, I am excited to be starting! Very happy to be moving forward in our TTC journey!

My DD's did incredible during her practicum the last few months (teaching). She is going to make an amazing teacher!
My DS (28) knows how stressed I am and he is making a point of calling me everyday just to say HI and I love you and he stops by for a least a quick visit every weekend. He has been amazing.

My house is spotless because I'm getting it ready to show and the kids have really stepped up to the plate and are helping out a lot.

The same DD that is having her wisdom teeth out was accepted at her dream college - she's attending NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in the fall. We just have to get past these stupid wisdom teeth!

There is a new grandbaby expected later this year to join our small but loving and happy family. Oh, I'm getting one of those, too! Our 6th grandson is due in June. Each of my boys has had 2 boys now. Oh, and my dd is about to graduate from college in a few weeks, so there's that, too!

My DH got a job that he likes more but actually paid less than his last job. He's working so hard and liking it and bringing home more money. And because he's been working so much I've gotten to spend more time with just my kids and its been nice.

I have been making visits to one of our children's hospitals and although I hate that any child has to be sick, etc., I know I am doing what I was called to do and it's fulfilling.

I didn't feel well, but now I am home and getting chills intermittently while running a fever intermittently, so this is probably just an ordinary virus! WOOO HOOO! Also, my blood pressure has remained steady, and my appetite is non-existent. So yay! I'll probably lose weight as an added bonus! WOOO HOOO!!!

And, I have been working on choosing joy in my life and not dwelling on some of the past sad things.

(i didn't post over there but do want to try to look at some positives in my own life) dh had all his teeth pulled a week ago and is finally not MAD about it- he's having a really hard time not being able to eat real food. 3 weeks and he goes for dentures. also he was laid off right before xmas, which is normal in upstate NY concrete truck driving world... anyway while applying for the jobs unemployment required of him, he was offered a job making a lot more money and also got his hazmat so next winter when he's laid off, he can deliver heating oil and propane... he's going nuts sitting around broke and bored... then yesterday they called and told him to report this morning at 4am! hopefully it will all work out. its an hour away so we are tentatively house hunting that direction but aren't having much luck there, but have a house here and that's fine too.

I did! I survived my first solo gig on the shaved ice truck. The hardest part is driving that thing. I got home a bit ago but I can still feel the motion of the truck. It's essentially an RV but it's bouncy and noisy!
The good news is that I got my room and some other work done towards having the appraisal and I scheduled it for Monday.
The other good news on the job is it pays more than my last gig and the boss is way nicer than my last one.

Lots of positives in my life that I'm thankful for..
- My kids are alive and healthy. - My dh has a great job that he loves, despite having to work a lot of hours. - I'm working hard at getting healthy - 130 lbs down with about 60 more to go! - Just 6 more days until April vacation and less than 40 school days until summer vacation

My son finally heard from his last college last night, and now he gets to make a decision between his top two choices of music schools -- Ohio State and McGill! And he got into the BU summer music program at Tanglewood. I'm so proud of him.

My husband and I have been through the wringer with layoffs etc. Recently, he was offered an AMAZING opportunity with a mid size but rapidly growing company. They're grooming him for an executive position. Currently he's an assnt to the accounting director. This fell in his lap and we're thrilled!

DH is recovering nicely after his heart attack. He's feeling good.
Also, we have good medical insurance, so yay! The first 2 bills add up to $150k.

*My two girls are happy, healthy, smart and driven (and pretty OK most of the time as far as teenagers go) *My hubby has a good job which allows me to work close to home & less hours so I am around in the afternoons/evenings for Thing 2 (Thing 1 at college) *It's already flip flop season where I live

As long as no new shenanigans pop up during closing this evening, we will get the keys to our house tonight, and by the end of May we will no longer be renters. Woohoo! My daughter is so excited, and ready to paint her room some crazy colors. The paint is bought and ready to go.

In another two months I can WEAR BOTH SHOES! I'll be dancing like this banana once my foot is healed. I have so many things to be thankful for, but this is what I'm most looking forward to right now.

My dh is feeling better today, and I have enough energy, (my heart decided to stop acting up) and my back is not spasming so badly that I can't stand up long enough to make dh's breakfast and help him out some while he's working so hard.
Our taxes are much more difficult this year, but for a good reason--we sold some stock when it got super high. Dh normally files early, but he had to wait for his company to send some forms they neglected to send in January--took forever to get them.
My best friend is pregnant with her 4th, just found out the sex, and the best part--her debilitating migraines have stopped. Now that she's sure that they're hormonally related, after the baby is born this fall she can get better treatment. She's suffered for so long.
I know I'd rather have a nasty pancreatic acute attack than a migraine. You can't do anything to take your mind off your pain when you have a migraine.
My mom is being pleasant as well.
