ETA: Makes me sad to think Will and Seth were probably heading back there to take their "power pills" so they could all be together. Omg: that thought never crossed my mind.

I thought it was a pretty good episode. I hope to see more people they come across and the reactions, however annoying to us who've been observing the ZA for a while now.
Next week we see the girl from the plane, yay!
I think Chris could become a bad ass zombie killer if he gets over himself. Alicia and Madison just need to go. Madison needs to quit trying to save everyone and Alicia needs to get her ear buds out and listen for the zombies coming behind her! !

I have mixed feelings about this show. I want to like it, but find it annoying for all of the reasons previously mentioned. There's a big difference between being a Zombie Apocalypse newbie and just a plain old dumbass.

I was yelling at Alicia in that scene - I mean you need all your senses engaged in the zombie apocalypse!
I do think this episode with the family that planned to kill themselves was a good bridge with The Walking Dead. How many zombies have we come across who had obviously committed suicide when this all went down? A lot that I can remember - plus even a few members of our group back at the CDC. I think it was good - but sad - to show the thought process.

I guess I'm not as annoyed by their behavior because everyone is learning what is going on and how to deal with the walkers. TWD characters already know how to deal with walkers.
I was hoping they were adding some new characters to the show tonight. Apparently not!
Still not impressed, but I'll keep watching. I thought the first two seasons of TWD were painfully boring, so I will give this show two seasons too.

This show is just terrible. I so wanted to like it. I wanted to believe it would get better. It hasn't. I'm about to give up and I will be shocked if there is another season. The show seems like it's written by middle school students; that's not a criticism of middle school aged children, it's just that the writing is not good enough to be a television show. The little girl dying and turning and then attacking the mom was probably the most interesting thing that has happened in this show thus far. That being said, it was soooo terribly done. It was just stupid. There have been scenes in TWD with children dying that were so well done (Sophia coming out of the barn, the sister killing her sister, then Carol having to kill her.) Those scenes were emotional and gut wrenching and everyone was on the edge of their seats while we watched. But this scene in FTWD looked like an attack you might see on a Saturday Night Live skit. Bahh! I either need the story or the acting and directing to be comparable to TWD... and it's just not going to ever be, is it? And the characters! Oh my word, there isn't a single character to connect with or care about. There has been no character development. Nothing. Bleck. I am going to watch ONE MORE EPISODE (as someone else said, "rage watch" ha!). If I'm still this frustrated with it, I'm done.

Chris may become their saving grace as he is at least learning how to kill them.
