I'm leaving for a weekend crop tomorrow afternoon. I am trying hard to keep from filling up my SUV! Good luck with that! And have fun!
All my stuff is packed into the vehicle. Most of it fits behind the 2nd row seats. Here it is:

I do have a file tub on the 2nd row bench, and a tray of tools on the floor in front of the passenger seat.

First of all, how exciting you will be going with a board mate. Have you guys met before?
Yes, we've known each other forever. I invited grammadee to her first Creative Memories party fifteen years ago and the rest is history. Neither of us were on scrappy websites back then. And justjac led me to THIS site when our last one ended.
And it is all HER fault that scrappy stuff has taken over a room in my house and I need an suv to haul it around! Well, we kind of enable each other!

^^^ Nice packing job!! I'm impressed that you can still see out the back window; I pack my Honda Fit hatchback to the gills and end up having to use just the side mirrors, lol!! I take: my XXL Navigator packed with random stuff; probably about (8) 12x12 Iris bins that hold my scrap papers, embellishments like enamel dots & journaling cards, etc; my Silhouette; my laptop; my Selphy photo printer with extra photo paper and ink cartridges; my electric typewriter; the bin that holds all my 6x6 papers... And I also typically take my Cropper Hopper (the ancient paper storage bin that looks like a picnic basket) full of patterned paper that doesn't get used very often. This time I think I might leave the Cropper Hopper at home and take just a selection of the paper from it along with a random selection of the 6x6 papers. I'm struggling with the idea of leaving some of my supplies at home. I'm trying really hard to embrace the page kit idea (having page kits enough to make 150 pages is wicked IMPRESSIVE!!) but I know that mentally I'll still wonder 'is there something better for this that I just don't have with me???' or 'I don't want to work on this; I wish I had brought --whatever-- instead.' I'll either still bring it all with me; OR I'll put so much paper in the page kits that it will be just about all of it anyway.

I just don't use kits because I don't know what I am going to want to use. I just limit what I bring to use and choose from what I have that I know will work. I typically finish about 25-30 pages at a Sat crop.

I generally only scrap at crops. I go to 3-4 crops a year, and they are 4-5 day crops. I pre-plan and bring kits. I used to pack everything and the kitchen sink. Now I can bring 3 or 4 large 31 utility totes + my Caneo and be good for the long weekend.

I store my cardstock in hanging files on a cart. I've always struggled with how to get it to crops. I can't seem to leave it home. I miss Archiver's, because I would just buy what I needed when I cropped there.
I discovered last night it fits into my two medium totes from 31! Because it's divided in half, I can even lift the totes - yay!

Well, my suitcase is in the car, and I am ready to roll. After yesterday, I found a "few" more papers I "needed", but they fit into a small canvas bag. And I decided to take my family albums for the year, but will prob leave them in the vehicle unless I need to see a particular photo I used. (My crop project is to make an album for one of my grandsons, and I may want to use some of the same photos.) See you at the crop, justjac ! Will be back here on Sunday evening.

Arrived home Sunday evening. Got my stuff back into my scraproom today. Still need to replace the papers I took from drawers but didn't use. Everything else is back in place. justjac got a bunch of cool family reunion and garage construction pages finished. I worked on my grandson's book: got most of it done up to Christmas. Half way there... So far I have 30 pages. I posted a few pics of pages to the 2peas Gallery today.

I had a great time. I managed to pack quite a bit less than I have for my other weekend crop. I even left my Cricut at home and used the ancient one provided.
I hate unpacking when I get home!

I also hate unpacking when I get home!!! (I'm afraid it usually doesn't get done for at least a few weeks, lol.) I'm putting together my list for this weekend's Fri-Sun crop; I always write it out, just to make doubly sure I don't forget anything. I definitely want to make sure I take my mini Ott light, a power strip, and an extension cord. You never know what the lighting in a hotel conference center is like. Although this hotel and crop is only 20 minutes from home I don't want to waste any time traveling back and forth; the crop doesn't start until 4 pm on Friday so there's only 47 hours total scrapping time in the weekend, not 48! (people at my work are getting sick again, too, darn it! I'm trying to stay away from all of them.)

I have unpacked in that my stuff is in my scraproom and out of my car. It is not put away. I finished 16 layouts and am half done another two pager. Unfortunately, I caught a cold after I got home from the crop so I am not feeling so great this week.
