I stumbled across this recipe for a marinade for steaks. It is easy to make and the steaks were the best steaks that we have ever had. DH asked me to always make them this way. I have two ready to cook tonight. The recipe calls for grilling the steaks, but I used the AF on the highest setting instead. Just checked a couple of times while cooking to make sure that they had reached the right temp. Yum, yum. The recipe suggest skirt steak, but I used ribeyes and cooked them using the air fryer grill pan. 1 cup Italian Dressing ½ cup AI Steak Sauce (Original) ½ cup Worchesthire Sauce 1 tsp Lemon Juice Mix and marinate steaks for 24-36 hours. I just got mine so I haven't made much in it. I posted yesterday about the drumsticks I marinated and cooked for 20 mins. Very good!

I just got mine so I haven't made much in it. I posted yesterday about the drumsticks I marinated and cooked for 20 mins. Very good! I will have to try these. They look yummy.

Last night I made a Cornish hen. The night before I seasoned it, put it in a freezer bag and poured some red wine over it. I cooked it at 360 for 30 minutes. Came out great!

I remembered another favorite. I used the grill piece for this but you can use whatever you normally use. The original recipe was on Pinterest and I adapted it to the air fryer.
Salmon, skin side down ( I used the frozen, individual wrapped salmon from Costco) Mix equal parts of Dijon mustard with mayo Cover top of fish. Crush pecans then place and gently mash onto top of fish/mustard, mayo mixture. Cover the entire piece with crushed pecans. I cooked the fish on a medium temperature since it was frozen and set it for 8 minutes, then checked it with a temperature fork. Keep restarting and checking until it registered at the done temperature. Served with a salad with honey mustard dressing and it was delicious.
