I grew up in Wisconsin and am looking for a recipe for a beef dish we made called Spencer Roll. It's a cut of beef that doesn't seem to be readily available where I live, (I have found a description of where the cut comes from on the animal) so my questions are: Have you ever heard of Spencer Roll and if so, do you have a recipe for preparing it? TIA.

Born and raised in Wisconsin and I've never heard of it. What part of WI did you grow up in?
