Good Monday morning ladies!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! My weekend was fantastic and I'm sad it's over already! We spent Saturday morning around the house cleaning up and going to the dump and then the girls had a soccer game in the afternoon. My MIL met us at the game and the kids went home with her. DH and I grabbed a quick dinner and then walked the mall for some exercise. Yesterday we had decided to head to some outlets to look around. We had stopped for breakfast at Panera (LOVE their oatmeal with strawberries and pecans) and on our way out of there, I got a call from dd#1 saying her stomach hurt and that she wanted us to come and get her. Well we figured out on the way there that it was probably because she ate fried chicken the night before. I had a talk with the kids that when they stay with grandma (who doesn't cook and takes them out for EVERY meal) that they need to make halfway decent decisions for meals so they're not eating crap for their entire stay. Well none of us are used to eating anything fried and dd#1 has a sensitive stomach to begin with. So by the time we got to MIL, she was fine. We stuck around for a few to make sure she was ok but we were convinced she was ok so we continued on to the outlets. Well just as we were leaving to come home from the outlets, I got a text from other dd that dd#1 had thrown up on her plate at the restaurant. Without getting the whole story, we raced back to MILs house only to find out that she was again fine. Apparently MIL let them get frappucino's from Starbucks and the milk from that curdled on her stomach because that's all she threw up. After she threw up, you'd assume they'd leave right away and go back to MIL's. Nope, they all stayed at the restaurant and finished eating...including dd that threw up!! So we got to MIL's house and she was completely fine and wanted to stay. I asked MIL if she wanted us to take her back and she said nope, that she could stay if she wanted to. Sooooooooooo we left her. I don't handle puke very well so the ups and downs of the whole is she sick or is she not really got to me yesterday. LOL But all is well this morning according to MIL. Today is the first day of vacation and MIL is bringing the kids back around noon. I have to take the car to get inspected and the oil changed here in a little while. And then I want to shampoo the carpets. And do some other cleaning around the house. And today was weigh in day. Girls, I absolutely cannot tell you how excited I am. I was down 3.2 lbs this week but the exciting part is that I'm at 206.4...only 6.5 lbs away from the 100's!!! I started at roughly 350 lbs so it brings my total weight loss to 143.6 lbs and 35.8 lbs since Jan. And I'm within 10 lbs of what dh weighs. To most people they'll never understand my excitement but I have never been even remotely close to what dh weighs...I've always weighed more that him...hell, I've always weighed more than most people. It's kind of bizarre to even think that I'm approaching this big milestone. When I was shopping yesterday, I kept getting drawn into the plus size sections...and currently, I CAN still buy in that section...but I forget that I can go into the regular section and find stuff too. And I did. I found my dress for the girls' graduation!!! To be honest, my dh found it. I tried it on and it's something I probably would've never tried on...but I'm glad I did. I like it a lot and hopefully it'll look better in a couple of months time. Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

Congratulations on getting close your milestone brandy327! That is awesome! We travelled all weekend to a martial arts tournament so it was a lot of eating out and sitting around. Sitting in the car Friday, sitting at the tournament Saturday, sitting in the car on Sunday. The area we were in didn't have a lot of safe options for my son's allergies so it was fast food most of the weekend. I feel so blah today! I am up about a pound which doesn't surprise me at all. And of course my "I hate being a girl" time started so that doesn't help any. I am back on track today. Going to get groceries to restock the fridge and pantry. Already have grilled chicken salads planned for dinner tonight. Need to clean out from all that junk. I am proud of myself though because I didn't snack at all in the car and only had a small snack at night. That is a huge thing for me because I usually snack all the time because I am bored. brandy327 - that's awesome!! WAY TO GO!!! I was up a wee bit today - but given the assorted yumminess I had yesterday, I'm not surprised (well that and the beers I had on Saturday night) Back to being on track today though - that next mini goal of 190 is less than 3 pounds away!! I would love to get to the low 180s or even high 170s before our boat holiday in July. Insane busy week this week - I have a 3D Woodstock (as in Peanuts) to do, as well as a few others, so today is supply shopping day. Have a good one all!!

Morning! Home today with a sick DD. Just a bad cold but she was running a low-grade fever all day yesterday so we're home today to give it the 24 hours off meds to go away. On a school day DD is a bear to get out of bed. Sick day? Little twerp was wide awake at 5:30am. She's lucky she's cute. No dance class for the sick kiddo means no run for me today, so I just did a 45 minute yoga session. I've got some very heavy squats to do tomorrow so in the long run yoga is probably better for me than running! Editing pictures, groceries, and grading college stuff while she watches Cupcake Wars on Netflix. brandy327, I'm so happy for you! You will meet this goal, I have no doubt. Congratulations! cakediva, that's going to be a lot of yellow for Woodstock! Have a great Monday everyone!

That is awesome, brandy327! And I hope the vacation week goes great! I lost 0.6 lbs. Two weeks of having to eat out is causing me to lose so much more slowly. I also think I am retaining water. Hate that. I hope next week I can lose more than a pound. We wiill see. I already have 7,300+ steps this morning from walking the dogs. Usually I am around 5,000 at this time put one of the pups finally went further today. He has been a bit scared walking but not today. The weather is gorgeous so it was nice. Now can I be a vegetable for the rest of the day. LOL! Have a great day everyone!

I had a terrible weekend of eating. After 3 weeks of almost perfect clean eating, I crashed and burned in a big way. We had company staying with us and then multiple parties and I blew it. Beating myself up big time.

That's fantastic brandy327I've had a tough weekend food wise, lots of eating out including traditional afternoon tea with lots of sandwiches and cakes. Back on plan today. Keep going everyone, you're doing great fish - draw a line and move on. You can't undo it but don't dwell on it, get back on track today - I've had to

I picked this pullover up at Walmart yesterday - only $10. Wore it out this morning and highly recommend it!! It is very very thin and breathes well. It would be great for spring for someone who needs an extra layer, but what I bought it for is sun protection without being really hot. Even going out for a 30 minute walk mid-day, the sun is too intense without cover up. The sleeves are nice and long on this with a thumb hole to even protect the back of hands. Hi, ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. I was on vacation all last week. There was no need to post here, because I was not sticking to my WW plan. LOL The good news is, I did not gain what I thought I did. Shew! So, I am now home, and back to it. Following my WW plan, and doing 5 yoga classes this week. I have a HI trip to shape up for, so, here we go! *NSV: Yoga Crow pose! Took me 3 months to perfect it to the point where I could hold it long enough for a pic!

I am a little irritated today! I am on a 10 day challenge with my cousin who is a Beachbody coach. Monday's are my official weigh in days. Then I always weigh on Thursdays or so to gauge how it's going.
I weighed in Thursday and was down 2 pounds for the week already! yay! But then my period started Saturday and today for my official weigh in I was up one pound from last Monday. Boo!!! Plus I do measurements as well and my waist measurement was up 1/2 in.
I was bummed. Now I have to go to the Facebook group and report my results on the page. Thursday morning is the final official weigh in and results day so hopefully by then I will lose the bloat and can report some losses!
I did my Turbo Fire HIIT 30 workout this morning. Which is huge for me!! I hate mornings so it's a rare thing that drags me out of bed any earlier than need be. Hopefully I can finish up this challenge strong!
B- omelet with spinach, mushrooms and black beans l- greens, sprialized zucchini topped with homemade chicken salad. Roasted chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans and a tablespoon of organic mayo d- quinoa stuffed portabella mushrooms, asparagus and some other veggie. snack- banana

Good morning all. I am feeling good today. I took the time to pack my lunch and breakfast last night, laid out my work clothes, and packed a lunch for my husband. This morning was really smooth, I prefer my Mondays to be as stress free as possible! I have my gym bag packed and if weather permits I will be going for a swim, if not I will do weight training inside. I need to make a meal plan for the week and go to the grocery store. I have tonight's dinner planned already but not the rest of the week. Tonight's dinner is mahi mahi topped with a lemon, caper, and onion sauce with green veggies and brown rice.

Good Morning brandy327 - congrats on hitting such a huge milestone! Keep up the good work. Today is my run day. I have been using a 5K training program on my ifit treadmill and I'm on week 9 of 12 so things are getting more serious - lol. I'm leaving Friday for San Francisco with my best friend. We did a SF weekend every year. This year we are doing more active things than we have in the past. I'm worried about my food for the 3 days - I need to make sure I have healthy snacks with me so I don't eat a bunch of crap.

brandy327 Holy moly lady! That's AWESOME! You're so close! Yay!!!! Back to work today after several days in Quebec City with my 89 students. Tomorrow we're off for Primary Elections. I am so, so tired! Made it through my day well. Ate well and even managed to get in a fast paced walk with a friend. I'm over 13,000 steps for the day! Yay! I'm happy about that, but I'm feeling my plantar factitus. Thankfully I go in for a shot tomorrow so it should be feeling better soon. I have zero idea what dinner is going to be. I'd bought 2 rotisserie chickens last night to heat up tonight with some sides. My boys didn't put them in the fridge so I had to toss them this morning. I went to get more tonight and there were none. I'm making it a "fend for yourself" night I think I just can't function right now. I also realized quickly this morning how much I depend on pre-prepping my meals so I can get lunches packed quickly and smoothly in the morning. It took me 30 minutes to pack everything for me and the kids this morning. I was not impressed! Ack! I won't put that off again! I'm going to have some cereal for dinner I think. I'm tired and really not in the mood to cook.

It was a LOOONNNGGGG day of food prep. I decided last week that since this week is our vacation week, I was going to cook for the entire week. And that day was today. LOL I cooked hamburgers, pork chops, chicken, steak, oven roasted potatoes, baked potatoes, oven roasted broccoli, oven roasted cauliflower, green beans with bacon and onions on the grill, cleaned fruit, made eggs for breakfasts for the week, cut up veggies for the week. Seriously - I cooked for 5 hours today but now I'm done for the week. People can heat up what they want for dinner. LOL My period started at the end of last week so I'm not wanting to eat everything in sight. LOL I should be good for 2-3 weeks before it starts again. Thank you all so much for the kind words. I was talking to my BFF tonight as we walked the track a little bit. She said that when I turn sideways she cannot get over how thin I look. I laughed....because me and the word thin have never, EVER been used together in the same sentence. And yes I've lost a significant amount of weight but I do NOT feel thin at all. Smaller, yes. But not thin.
