You might fancy this new attraction, Orbit Tower. BBC Article "Tickets have gone sale for the world's "longest and tallest tunnel slide" down the Orbit Tower, next to the Olympic Stadium.
The £3.5m ride will measure 178m (584ft) in length and 76m (249ft) in height, with the descent taking about 40 seconds.
The attraction in east London will be open from 24 June."

We went up the tower at the 2012 Olympics & said then it should be a helter skelter slide. DD saw today that there was finally an opening date & declared that we have to do it, "it's very us" (we tend to be the people who do the slightly weird things like walk over the o2, or abseil etc...later on this year we're trampolining in an old mine)
