I recently joined Weight Watchers and need to start cooking healthier. I bought some boneless, skinless cod fillets and am super excited because they are only 1 point each!
I've not cooked cod before so this is where you come in. What are your best recipes using cod?

I season them with lemon pepper and dill. I saute them in a pan just a smidge of oil to start and use cooking-spray if I need to add more.

I like to tray bake cod. I don't really use a recipe but would put some cherry tomatoes, onions, seasonings, a lemon cut in half in a tin with the cod, drizzle a little olive oil and it's good to go for about 15-20 mins. I don't know about WW points but you could probably adapt/calculate them. Here's a recipe from some UK chefs but there's lots of similar ones around Cod recipe
