Costume jewelry and nail polish.
Edit I didn't realize this was the scrapbook forum and not nsbr. That would be ribbon and Brads then.

Ink pads, for sure, and I'm not even a stamper. I do have some stamps, and I use them, but I seriously use like 3 ink pads 99% of the time. So, why do I have Stampin' Up, and Hero Arts, and Prima chalk inks, and Distress Inks and mini Distress Inks, and Archival Inks and Versamark, and Memento, and StazOn, and VersaFine, and on and on and on... Hahahaha, oh well, when I do stamp, I always have something that works. I'm a stamper but I have way too many ink pads. I have all of the above plus MFT, PTI, SSS, WPlus9 and probably a few more brands that I've forgotten about. During my purge, I got rid of a couple of brands but I can't seem to be tough with myself and get rid of a few more.

okay, I'm going to add sequins to my answer.
I'm pretty sure I have easily 1000. But, on the positive side, I do use them quite frequently.

Paper, stamps, tags, thickers - but I use those. I also have a lot of mixed media stuff and I don't do it often...also stamps for cards. I love them but don't use them enough!

Washi tape! It's a sickness, I can't stop buying it. It's so pretty and economical and compact (easy to store) but I really don't use it, maybe an inch or three on a layout every once in a while. My girlfriend uses it like throw-away tape, to do things like tape down cardstock to a cutting mat that's no longer sticky, etc. I can't bring myself to use it then throw it away.... it's a sickness, I tell ya!

Roller date stamps and roller phrase stamps. I have dozens and dozens (I admit sheepishly). It's my one item that I buy "just because".
I even bought roller date stamps from a library sale with decades for the 1940's through 1980's.
Oh and I have one of those those date stamps used by a clerk of courts to file stamps documents into their files.

Pony beads. With three girls in my house, they just accumulated over the years. I decided to string them for dorm decorations for the one who's leaving in the fall. ooooooo, I bet that would be pretty, but I would knot a bead to the string every 20 beads or so. If someone ever grabs at it and pulls it down, your daughter will have a huge mess on her hands.

I'm in the everything camp <sigh> Well except for adhesive, I've actually had to buy more adhesive this month and last month. Which is a good sign that I'm actually scrapping and using stuff Of course I'm just doing cards right now, but any little bit helps. After selling in probably six or seven different scrapbooking garage sales, I can say that my flowers have gotten down to a manageable size. And I sold all the embossing folders I took to the last sale. I'm also doing good on ink pads. I went from having every SU color - even though I was never a demo, to now just keeping what I think I'll use. I do have way too much cardstock, patterned paper, stamps and washi. But I'm another one that uses my washi to hold things down so at least I'm using that too. Next thing to go into the next garage sale will be patterned paper, washi and more embellishments.

But, on the positive side, I do use them quite frequently. ^^^ if we're going by the amount-that-will-realistically-be-used vs. the amount-on-hand, then I have a ridiculous amount of: sequins wood veneers shaped stickers tags journaling cards border stickers ribbons & trims buttons washi tape rhinestones enamel dots... I mean, really- I only ever use like, at most, 3-9 enamel dots on a layout, and maybe less than 6 inches of washi on any given layout (if I remember I have it at all)... it's just that the packages of these things hold so MANY individual pieces and they don't take up very much space, so I tend to have lots more of these things than I'll ever realistically use. (but they're so pretty, all stored in their boxes!! lol!!)

Washi tape, ribbon and buttons. I don't use ribbon or buttons any more on cards - never really used them on layouts. Ugh. But it's Papertrey ink ribbon so I don't want to just dump it. Have been using it for wrapping gifts instead Not sure what I'm going to do with all the buttons though.

Thickers! My collection is completely out of control...and yet I manage to pick up more every time there's a good deal. You never know what exact color, texture and size you'll need...right?

Paper, doilies, stencils, stamps. Ribbon is horrible since I don't use it often and I haven't bought it in years. Ribbon is one of those things for me that looks so pretty in the store and then it just sits on my desk because I can never figure out a good way to incorporate it in to my layouts. I feel you!

Christmas everything. I mean home décor items, wrapping paper, all things needed to make Christmas cards &/or pages. Ridiculous!!! I don't know how my mind didn't fly to the same exact thing in response to this question. Christmas decor has completely consumed our entire garage, and large portions of my craft room. Despite its momentous proportions, I have a hard time calling it ridiculous...I think that might be the sign that I'm guilty of a Christmas hoarding problem. I just can't resist anything Christmas themed. It's my kryptonite!

I have a pencil box full of rolls of washi tape, and I probably only use a foot of it or so on every 12th layout. Same with ribbon and baker's twine. But even knowing all of that about myself, I'm STILL contemplating buying some ribbon before my crop this weekend, lol!! I also have border punches bought when they were the new big trend, and I have NEVER been able to line the paper up correctly to get clean cuts all the way across a 12-inch piece of paper. I really should just get rid of them. I have better luck with the border punches if I stand. That way I can look directly down and line up the first punch with the guide as I made additional punches.

Paper. While I probably have far less than many scrappers, for the amount of actual scrapping I have done in the last few years, I absolutely should not have been adding to my paper stash during that time. But I did. So my scrapbook paper to actual scrapping ratio is very skewed right now.

Bazzill 12 x12 OP white cardstock. I just found about 50 more sheets. I think that brings my total up to about 300 sheets. On the other hand, they have apparently discontinued it so I guess hoarding it was not the worst decision I ever made...and I do use a lot of it.
