I ran out to the store really early and got stuff for chicken and noodles. I feel the need to make up for my uber lazy day yesterday when I didn't even have to plan leftovers.
What's on your menu?
Have a fantastic day everyone.

DD9 ate at a friend's house, DS17 needs to lose 600g before Saturday, so he's only eating soup, I had leftovers from two days ago, and DH will have to fend for himself.

I have a late dentist appointment, and because of crappy dentists as a kid my appointments are usually long. So, yet another quick dinner for our household.
Planning to make sausage, mushroom and pepper hash with eggs and chard.

I really never know on Thursdays because that is my big grocery shopping day of the week. We'll be having whatever is on sale today or catches my eye as I shop. I usually make dinner as soon as I get home from the store.

We're having leftover pork chops and scalloped potatoes, roasted broccoli and carrots, not sure about fruit, rolls, and there's still some of the shortbread/mixed berry dessert left. I wish they'd finish that thing so I could make something else.

I am about to put a couple of chuck roasts in the crock pot. I have company coming for dinner (just family, but an aunt is visiting from out of town) and we're having pot roast with carrots and onions, mashed potatoes, and some additional vegetable ... if I don't get to the store today, I guess it will just be peas from the freezer. oh! I do have salad stuff (because I always think I'm going to make a salad, even though I never do). So maybe a salad? Especially if I can browbeat my mom into making it. The boys and I aren't feeling well so I will be making some chicken soup for us. Probably will make grilled cheese to go with it.

Dh is still on his "We need to eat salad so that I can lose weight." kick so apparently we are having salad tonight I'm thinking I'll make Chicken Caprese from TipHero that I saved when I saw it on Facebook and some sort of tossed salad with a homemade vinaigrette dressing The dd's are sick of chicken and rarely eat salad so they are fending for themselves ... again

It's cleaning ladies day so it'll be Takeout Thursday at our house. Probably pizza, unless DH comes up with a better idea.

We're ordering in Chinese food. Dh had other ideas but I asked and he was agreeable. He cooks and cleans up so its to his benefit as well!

We are all just waiting for Trixie Bender to open a dessert shop! Dd home from grad school as we head out of town to a wedding tomorrow. So I am going to stop at a motorcycle shop nearby and buy barbecued pork from the food truck that's parked there today. Might be super yummy. Baked beans and broccoli will be sides. The 3 B's tonight - barbecue, beans, broccoli. Thanks for the thread.

I haven't the foggiest idea! DH plays softball tonight and will stop and get himself something on the way home from work. DS plays baseball, not very close to home, so we will pick something else up after the game. Maybe BW's?

We have some shredded beef leftover from last night, so I'm thinking about using it for chimichangas tonight.
I'll make some homemade queso and serve that over tortilla chips.

I saw a recipe for Thai basil chicken. Maybe that will help with my curry craving. I think it would be good with some carrots and broccoli in it. I have to go to the store to get oyster sauce as I have none. Not that excited about that part.

I'm going to Panera with a friend for dinner. My husband doesn't like Panera, he complains it's not enough food for him. He has a meeting tonight so I called my friend and invited her to go.

tonight has to be quick and easy, so we will be having Korean beef on rice, served with either green beans or carrots. (I use the recipe on our recipe board)

I haven't been eating a whole lot this week. I managed to ignore an UTI and now have a kidney infection.
On day 4 of antibiotics and feeling better, so I'm thinking about a french dip or Philly cheese steak sandwich. Either of which I will go out to get.

Leftover spaghetti - DH had his pasta with sauce and I took my pasta and combined it with cheese and butter. We are now eating radishes from the garden - delicious!!!
