I do not like blue cheese at all. I want to make this recipe.... www.andiemitchell.com/buffalo-chicken-rolls/What would you use as a substitute? I have not ate a lot of buffalo flavored things, so I don't really know what to replace it with Thanks.

I would do no cheese and then dip them in ranch.

I'd leave the cheese out and use a ranch or sour cream dip.

Feta might pass. Or mozzarella or jack if you just want the gooeyness of cheese but don't care about adding any flavor. Or cheddar might be ok. I guess I just like cheese and can't imagine leaving it out!

I agree with trollie just leave the blue cheese out! I think they will still taste amazing.

Thank you. I didn't know if this was some top secret buffalo lover taste sensation.

I'd use cream cheese as a substitute. I love buffalo wings but Frank's red sauce is very vinegary and spicy hot to me. I'd really need something in the wrap to cut that flavor.

A little shredded cheddar jack and dip in ranch.

Ditto on a prior post.. Whenever I make something that calls for bleu cheese, I use feta instead.

I don't like blue cheese (blue is a generic term and can be any mouldy cheese). I prefer to use Gorgonzola instead. It's still a blue or mouldy cheese, but it comes from Italy and is made from cows milk. In my opinion it has a better flavor than regular old blue.

Cream cheese was my first thought as well. Maybe even camembert which goes well with chicken. For those of you suggesting to leave the cheese out altogether..... ARE YOU INSANE ?!?!?!

Another vote for feta.
