When I look at a picture on my phone, there is a photo scroll bar on the bottom that shows overlapped, small images of my camera roll (about 15 at a time). When I send a picture, sometimes that is included. Seems like it's something that has been happening recently. I've tried figuring out how to remove it, but no luck. I'm techno clueless so not sure what happened to make it do that. Do you know how to remove it?

Just tap the picture and the scroll bar will go away. The area above and below the picture will be black instead of white.

the scroll bar is a function of iPhoto, not within the actual picture so I don't know how it is possible to send the scroll bar. Are you maybe taking a screenshot of the picture before you send it and somehow capturing the scroll bar too? I have never seen the scroll bar appear in pictures that I have saved or sent/received by email or text.

Not sure how you're sending people the scroll bar? You must be doing screenshots or something, not actually sending individual photos.
