Hello! I made a trial 8" flourless choc. cake yesterday and dh and neighbors gave it good reviews. Today I made two of them for an event tomorrow evening. They are cool and I just covered them with aluminum foil, in their baking pans for now. Thinking I will leave them on the counter, but wondering if I need to refrigerate instead.
Tomorrow they will be served for dessert with a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of raspberry sorbet garnished with a mint leaf of two, on a homemade raspberry sauce swirled around the plate.
What would you do?
