So what Kindle First book are you choosing this month? I am not sure, none are really speaking to me this time, but I always pick one because it will then get me out of my box. Here is a link to the Kindle First books if needed. Kindle First May

I still haven't manged to finish my April book. I chose the fantasy and it's not grabbing me. There's action and it still feels draggy.
We're all broken looks fun, but I tend to not so much enjoy books claiming to be "irreverent" as they most often are mocking just for the shock value with no deeper idea or anything of value to say by being "irreverent."

I selected We're All Damaged. I've read another book by this author and it was great. I hope to begin this one over the weekend.

Butterfly Garden for me. I'm nearing the end of Gone Girl, which would not normally be a pick for me but I had to see why everyone said it was so good. I'm really liking it so I'm stepping out a bit more with Butterfly Garden. Karen

So am I the only one who chose A House for Happy Mothers? The others just didn't catch my eye the same way. Sometimes I have a hard time choosing between 2 or 3, because I like more than 1, but this time I had a hard time choosing any of them, because I wasn't sure I'd like them.

I ended up with we might be damaged but there were s couple others that sounded good. I was really tempted by the one set in Jerusalem. I don't do creepy so that wasn't tempting and the German crime one also looked interesting.

I got A House for Happy Mothers. I recently saw a TV show about surrogacy, so it peaked my interest.

I chose "We are all damaged." It was a quick read and I liked it. But, it also took place in my hometown (Omaha) so it made it a bit more fun for me! Stacy

Thanks for posting this. I had no idea this was a prime perk. Is this a monthly thread?

I chose The Butterfly Garden but, quite honestly, I really didn't think any of the choices this month sounded all that fantastic. We'll see though. Maybe this one will be better than I anticipate.

I am not a member, but I always read the descriptions and add any that I find interesting to my to-read list.
I liked "We Are All Damaged" first and "A House for Happy Mothers" second.
