I've been a member of the Scraptastic Club for 10 months now. This is the first and only kit club I've tried. I like that I can choose from 2 different kits each month and decide if I want the extra add-ons. Plus there are several you tube scrappers to watch and a Facebook page. Great customer service! I get a chance to try new products without committing to a complete line.

I've subbed to Scrapbook Circle in the past and they were great. Good customer service, printables included in the sub and a good mix of manufacturers and embellies. My only complaint is that they don't have a message board, but they might be on Facebook (I'm not). However, they have a great design team that has a wide range of scrap styles to inspire. In the past I've subbed to Studio Calico, Cocoa Daisy, JBS (Jenni Bowlin), Simon Says Stamp, scrapbook Circle and currently Gossamer Blue. The only kit I won't re-sub to is Studio Calico.

Thanks for your input. Vey good post since you have sub to many of the ones I have been looking for. I live in Brazil which increase in 20 dollars the kit because of the S&H. Thats why it taking me a while before I commit. A lot of people have said that they get more than they usually use in the kits. Maybe I will try scrapbook circle since it has a 2 month commitment only, and see if I can use everything... lol

But I have questioned myself on how much of the kit I will use. Thanks for the tips. I have been enjoying so much this post with al the great tips. Actually I love this forum

I love Scrapbook Generations. It comes with a sketch and a color picture. The customer service was fabulous!

I no longer sub to any kit clubs, but I have subbed to both SC and CT in the past. I love both of them but I think I would say I lean more to CT these days, I also prefer the way they work with the subbers.

WOW What great information.. After my self imposed FREEZE for AUGUST-- my birthday is the 31st- I am going to go out in style and maybe join a kit club... but I want to do my research, use up some stash, organize my sketches, and then decide- but you all gave such great feedback on customer service, amount of paper, subscription clauses, and ease of purchase--- I feel much more empowered!!

I'm enjoying Hip Kit Club (and am pretty sure I read that recommendation somewhere here). Gossamer Blue is always calling my name...maybe after my commitment to SC is up. I find I like clubs that use products from different companies.

I just purchased my first kit through NoelMignon. I had been stalking her page for awhile(I have a friend who gets a kit monthly). I like it all right but not sure I could do the "subscription" to a kit and be obligated to purchase one every month. I would be afraid there would be things I wouldn't use or something I didn't like and I could spend that money elsewhere. Plus, I'm kind of a thrifty shopper and use coupons and buy things on sale a lot.....Do what ya gotta do when you have 3 kids at home.

Noels kits are amazing, they were one of the first places I discovered online actually. I think I got her kits for maybe a year or so then switched to SC.

Yes! I did. I am still waiting for the August kit to arrive. It got into Brazilian customs on August 21st. I called the other day but they say it can take up to 45 days to get my kit released. So I have to control my anxiety. My September kit is already there too. Patience. I have to practice.

Wow! I go crazy when I receive a notice that a kit will be delivered a day late. I can't imagine having to wait 45 days! Hope time flies. Enjoy your kits and happy scrapping!

I've really enjoyed reading this thread. I've only ever subscribed to one kit: SSS. The kits were awesome...tons of stuff and I love the idea of a full stamp set. HOwever, like another pea posted, I couldn't keep up and before I knew it, I had 6 unopened kits! So I cancelled my subscription. However, I've been thinking about joining again or maybe trying something else out. Really glad I stumbled upon this thread. Gonna go do some research of my own now

I have had excellent experiences with Citrus Twist, Scrapbook Circle, and Cocoa Daisy. I have heard relatively few good things about Studio Calico.

Love this thread! I've been subbing to SC for years, but it's really time for a change. I'm glad to know there's lots of equally great, if not better, options out there!
