My precious white jean cropped leggings from Uniqlo, which were like the Holy Grail because I'm impossible to fit in pants, came out of the wash a lovely shade of pale blue today. I am SO frigging careful with my laundry to avoid mishaps like this, so I don't know what happened, unless there was color residue from a previous load of DS's jeans. And Uniqlo doesn't have any more. RIT makes a dye remover. Walmart used to carry it in the laundry aisle.

I use a scoop in every wash load to avoid this. Good luck!

My boss has been here for several years, I have been here since January. EVERY time I have something for her to sign for A/P she asks what it's for and it says what it's for ON THE REQUEST. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/rolleyes.jpg.gif)

Mine is MNDOT. I have not one way to or from work without construction. Not one. Yesterday I tried another back road and they tore it up that very day. My commute should take 45 minutes in a normal rush hour. It's been 75 minutes for the last month. I hear ya. DH called me the other day telling me that he was finished with his last call of the day and was on the way home but the GPS was telling him "there are no available routes" between where he was and home! Frustrating.

I can't poop binder clips out my butt for real. ok, just for fake then? I'd still pay money to see that. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Q_m8lDOvc_3Le3r1GKdf.jpg)
my FFS is that it's my black sheep brother's bday today, he's 35. had to go to a last-minute bday party for him on sunday, which his kids decided to throw apparently. gave him a card that referenced he was "born to be wild" and he said "yeah, I'm trying not to be so much." funny, because I almost wrote in the card that maybe he could try that this year haha.
anyway, that lasted one day because today there was a post from someone being shared around facebook, of said brother in his car, pulling away and looking pissed off. the poster said he had come and tried to start a fight with him, ended up pulling a gun on the poster's young son (toy gun probably, not that it matters a bit in the eyes of the law). cops were called but apparently brother's girlfriend was there and coerced the son into saying nothing happened, poster is trying to get even I guess. girlfriend and poster were friends at one point. who the f*ck knows. so over all his drama and BS. and now this pic and his full name is being shared all over, just great. such a f*cking idiot.

I just got off the phone with someone arguing with me that we can and should take her divorce case on a contingency fee basis because there's going to be a lot of money we can make off of her divorce. No matter how many times I told her that it's unethical and we could be sanctioned by the State Bar, she insisted that yes, we can do it. Please don't tell me how we can and should run our office and I won't tell you how to run yours.

No it is not okay to contact your ex-husband (divorced for over 36 years and he's been re-married for over 25 years) who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer to say your "last goodbyes". Especially when he would not be happy that someone told you about his diagnosis and he is going forth with treatment in the hopes of beating this awful disease.
It is also not your place to blab to one of your adult children that their father has another adult child that he never told anyone else in the family about. Which you may believe to be true, but there is no evidence of a paternity test, etc.
This is his business and he has not wanted you to be a part of it for many years. It is not your place or your right to butt in.

DO NOT act like you are a whiz with your computer skills! I just had to correct two contracts you prepared because you are out again - you had to have known they would come back for corrections!

Dear duck,
If you don't stop biting me, you are going to be dinner for the dog( because i know what you eat so I won't eat you)
Why the hell do you bite? Your life is perfect!
And daughter I really don't want to be doing craft projects for a person who is paid to do these projects.

If you ask me to work on the bakery, then 10 minutes later take me off the bakery to work the tills, don't ask me an hour later whether there are any gaps on the bakery. I don't know, do I? I'm not ON the bakery, I'm on the tills. Where you told me to go. Where you're speaking to me right now. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/slaphead.gif)

To the previous administration/secretary, you didn't file some of the most important information for the last 4 YEARS, no one ever checked to see if you were actually filing this stuff. And of course there's no paper trail either. Now I have to slowly make sense out of nothing. And I'll have to explain why I'm putting in more hours until this is figured out.
And this is from a person who claimed to be OCD about filing and organizing...right. I'm mildly OCD, let me tell you a few stories...

I am the Team Manager for my son's U12 basketball team. I have to collect the match fees every week.
Note to Mother of K: It costs $5 to play basketball. Every week. You know this. It's been that way for the 6 years your son has played. Stop telling me you "forgot" to bring money this week, or leaving 5 minutes before the end of the game without paying me. Note to Deadbeat Dad of B: You have your son every second weekend. You also know that it costs $5 to play basketball. Don't hide around the corner when you see me collecting money, so that your ex wife has to pay double the next week. I will hunt you down! And then don't act surprised when I ask you for money, like you don't know you have to pay.

To my co-worker...yes, I know you are leaving and going to another campus next year, but I need you to complete your paperwork and help me close out this year! I cannot do it all by myself. You can pack up your classroom on your time! Ugh! Also, classroom teachers, for the love of pete, please return your special ed folders and students' progress notes to us in a timely manner. I am tired of tracking everything down and I can't finish my job so I can home for the summer until I get them.
Only 2 more days of school, but I won't be ready because other people won't do their parts.

Ugh. So many things to be said with "ugh".
Really? So many things to be said with "really?"
Suddenly my last half hour sucks. I'm honestly a little hurt.

FFS, I truly hate summer vacation. When you know that your kid and possibly one more will live with you the rest of your life there's nothing magical about a season where you feel like you have your head in a hot oven. They'll grow up and be gone before you know it has no meaning to me. The one child who will leave one day? Oh, I'm ready for that little birdie to spread his wings and fly!

Actually, you ARE responsible for your 3 year old's behavior. Telling me over and over you are not doesn't make it true.

I'm not getting in the middle of your drama. Telling me about it and hinting that I should back you up won't work. And you don't REALLY want me to sit in on this meeting. I might not say the things you have planned.

What used to be 30 minutes is an hour. And no passing. It is great during farming season! My FFS, A tenant air conditioner went out. We pulled to repair. No repairs can be done. I go to tell her this and that I will replace the unit. She has the living room windows open and her bedroom air conditioner running. I tried to tell her they are working against each other. She yelled at me!

As I was handing back huge projects today to students, one student who had failed to turn his in went to go get his to turn in. It was due a week and a half ago. I gave everybody an extra weekend. I asked for it in class to be handed in, reminded you on google classroom, and referenced it multiple times. My grades are posted, I will not be grading it. Today is the day you check out, not the day you turn stuff in.
Dear neighbors, Could you please do yardwork more than once a month. You take 1.5 hours to mow your lawn and it isn't that big. It takes my 14 year old 15 minutes to mow.
Other neighbor, buy a freaking lawn mower. Using the weed wacker to "mow" your lawn is getting on my nerves.

How much money does my workplace need to spend on consultants when we are constantly being told budgets are tight and we need to implement cost cutting measures?

He eventually got home, but he had to take all the funkiest back roads and it took an extra 45 minutes. Which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but I was waiting here with my friend (who was driving) for him to get home so I could head out of town!

90-95% of the time, when you can't find something in the Dropbox folder, it's because you didn't let the tablet sync. Patience, people! The other 5-10% of the time, it probably is my fault you can't find it because I didn't move it to a place you can see it. Then you have to be patient while I move it and it syncs!
Also, I cannot always tell you why the tablet won't do something because I don't have to work with one - and for a long time, most of the time I didn't even have one in the office to play with because they were out on jobs. Calm down and think before calling me in a panic because you can't figure it out!
