Well, all the pasta salad people here and the trickle-over into the dinner thread got me in the mood, too.  My pasta salad is small shells or anything really, with diced chicken, celery, bell pepper, diced cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, served over chopped romaine (I like to mix it in), and chopped bacon sprinkled on top. The dressing is basically oil and vinegar with a dot of mustard and enough mayo to make it slightly creamy mixed in. But really, I just use whatever I'm in the mood for. Sooooo good. |

cubed sharp cheddar cheese
pepperoni
black olives
artichokes
Then I use Wegmans Parmesan Italian dressing..

I found a recipe on Pinterest called Hawaiian Pasta Salad, and I've been using it ever since. It has pineapple, ham, spring onions and red bell pepper in it.
Should be easy to find on Pinterest. My kids absolutely can't get enough of it!
