I am nervous to post this, but I've been inspired by other people here so maybe I can do the same! These photos are 3 months apart. I've lost 33 pounds since March 1st, 2016. I am still obese and have 50-ish more pounds to lose, but I am so excited that you can actually see a difference!! My DH is doing this with me and has lost 35 pounds as well! This is the first time I've shared a pic of myself, I believe.... Eek! If any of you have before and after (or during) photos, I'd LOVE to see them, too!!

Great work!!!!!! Losing weight is SUCH a hard thing to do. I've posted recently, but I'll reshare here. I've lost more than 150 lbs in the last 13 years...I'm slower than shit, but at least I'm getting there. I have about another 40-50 lbs I want to lose before I re-evaluate. This photo was taken last month when after a stomach bug ravaged our house and I couldn't bring myself to eat for a week because of the barf in the house, I FINALLY hit under 200 lbs on the scale. My highest weight I really don't know because I didn't have a scale that would accurately weigh me but I know I was more than 350 lbs...so that's what I use as my starting weight. (I did put the 7 lbs that I lost during the stomach bug hell back on and have since EARNED that under 200 lb mark. )

You look terrific! I'll forever be working on my weight. I have inactive thyroid and have had both knees replaced and a hip replacement with the next hip being replaced this year so no hard-core exercise for me. I can certainly eat better - some days I'm perfect, other days not so perfect. I do exercise two hours a day Monday-Friday (swimming/elliptical/walking). I've made some progress. Another 50 pounds would be nice. Attachments:

This is the first time I've shared a pic of myself, I believe.... Eek! If any of you have before and after (or during) photos, I'd LOVE to see them, too!! you look great! What have you been doing to lose? I have been following a special diet (just a new way of life for me, I will never stop eating this way!) for PCOS. I cut out all sugar, dairy, legumes, grains/gluten, starchy veggies, and a couple other things. So basically I eat lean meats, veggies, sprouts, some nuts, seeds, some veggies. No processed foods. I also began walking with my husband. We do about 3 to 4 miles per day, jogging in very small intervals once in a while. We started doing the BikiniBodyMommy challenge workouts, too. I've tried EVERYTHING in the past 5 years and only kept gaining, I think it was the specialized diet that finally made it able for me to lose weight Great work!!!!!! You look great! Congrats to you and the other weight loss stars here. I've been eating thoughtfully for the past month. Small portions, very few simple sugars or carbs. I didn't weigh myself before because I was afraid to see what the scale would say, so I don't know if I lost any weight yet. But I'm determined to stick to it no matter what. My clothes don't feel loose--but they don't feel as tight as before. I have a very low thyroid, and I think that even though I'm on meds my metabolism crawls along. These photos inspire me.

Congratulations--you look fantastic!!! I lost 125 pounds over a period of about 2 years, so I know what a struggle it is. I remember how ecstatic I was when I hit 199 because I never thought I'd be under 200. Congrats again keep up the great work!!
