Random moments or personality induced pages. I'm always excited to scrap vacations, very Gung Ho in the beginning.... but then seem to lose steam and they usually become one of the very many unfinished albums added to my collection!! This is so me!! As far as Christmas pages, I could have counted on one hand the number of pages devoted to them before this year. I'm making an effort this year to scrap those photos.

Lately it's gift themed albums. I mostly like vacations, of those our family Disney trips!

Also, our pets. My fiancé and I haven't decided if we want to adopt kids that are both of ours (I have 3 kids, him zero) so our pets are like our kids. We have a big piece of property in the country so we take in strays. And I love scrapping them too! I can't believe I forgot my other kids!

Random mundane everyday bits about my kids and fiancé. I'll always remember the big things like my trip to the Bahamas, but little stuff like my youngest making us howl with laughter in Home Depot, that stuff fades away after so much time. EXACTLY! When I first read the title of this thread that's what I first thought to myself..."anything random!" I like documenting the big things (our son, holidays, birthdays, vacations etc) but even more than that I love scrapping the little things the most. I don't want to forget everyday things that may seem small or trivial now but that I will truly appreciate later in life as well!

I've done a lot of genealogical and family history research, and vintage-y family history layouts are my absolute fav. to do (and when I look at all the scrapbook LOs I've done over the years, I think my family history pages are the best I've done). I only wish I had more vintage family photos (but my grandparents, and great-grandparents and etc., weren't much for having their pictures taken -- or if they were, not many examples have survived!).
Beach and lake vacations. In part because these are wonderful memories that I want to record; but in part, also (I feel so shallow!), because I love beach- and lake- and camping-themed papers and elements, and look for every opportunity to use them!
Christmas is my favourite holiday, but for some reason I've never done much with Christmas as a scrapbook theme. I love seeing others' Christmas LOs, though.

Camping and vacation photos for sure. I tend to use the same colour scheme and similar embellishments so I find them the easiest to work with plus when the kids were a bit younger we would go camping all the time so lots of photos of those events.

Vacations, weddings, family history...I'm not very good at keeping up with day to day events. But I'm trying to do better!

I always love making pages about my family, but I think I have the most fun with pet pages. I also really like to make "wrap-up" pages that pull together photos from a single week or month (or season or school year, etc.).

I've done 130 pages of vacation photos so far this year. The last 20 pages are killing me. I did give one vacation book as a gift.

grandkids for sure, but also day to day life. Also my son's band. I steal my kid's pictures off FB and Instagram.

My favorite right now is story based layouts about anything important to me at that very moment. It could be anything from my latest trail adventure or why my oldest's lifestyle makes me happy. When I lost all my hair during chemo I did a layout about how the pretty person in the picture didnt get senior citizens discounts (at 45) or need a wheel chair at Disney, but she sacrificed herself to save the new me. It was very cathartic and possibly my favorite layout ever. I also adore travel, Christmas and scrapbooks documenting certain periods in our life.

I tend to be less story oriented than a lot of scrappers so I enjoy making pages where there is not a huge story to be told. I find it very freeing.
