anonrefugee Thank you for answering me. I don't remember reading that it goes away for most people. I always thought it would just get worse. It really doesn't cause any stress or anxiety. I'm just very conscientious to drink enough water every.single.day. Way more than I'd chose to drink if it weren't for this. I say "I need to drink more water so I can hear" and get some strange looks. LOL On days when I do get very loud tinnitus, decreased hearing and some small bits of dizziness it tends to make me grouchy but other than that I'm doing okay with it.

Try this....I too have vertigo. This is a dr. who figured out a way for people to deal with the crystals coming loose. It works for me and for my friends that I have recommended it to. VertigoClick the link, then scroll down to the video. This works for me, too.
