My birthday was at the beginning of May. I probably ought to take the cards down!
How long after birthdays do you keep your cards on show?

About a week, then I move them over to a bulletin board of sorts.

I don't keep them displayed at all.
I open them, read them, throw them away.
I don't really understand the appeal of cards though. Overpriced pieces of paper.
I don't buy them.

I have a linen covered bulletin board on the side of the enclosure for my refrigerator. I put birthday cards and other memorabilia on that and update it from time to time--maybe twice a year--or lately more often, because the cat is amused by the things on display and loves to remove them.

A week or two. Or until I notice them again. Then the ones I want to keep go into a box and the rest go into the bin. They go into the bin faster if they only have a scrawled signature.

I don't display them. I open them and then they sit in a pile on my desk for a few days. Although, I have a few scrappy friends who have made me amazing cards that I keep in a box intending to try and scrap lift but never get around to.

Til my next birthday. I love the attention.
But it's just me at my house, so no one else minds.

I usually only get a birthday card from my mother-in-law & another signed by people that work in my department. I may leave the work birthday card up at my desk for a few days.

We have some from February still hanging up. I might move them eventually...probably for my birthday cards in October.

Three or four days maybe. It just depends how OTT I get about clutter!! I keep " special" ones like from very close family or crafty friends ones to me because some of them are lovely. The rest get thrown away.

Just on the day, my birthday makes me exceptionally grumpy so I don't really like looking at cards for long. I don't keep any of them, they go in the recycling.

No more than 3 days. My birthday falls within the Christmas holidays and I am usually fed up of cards and ornaments around the house by then so they stay up until all the Christmas stuff gets packed away.

A day or two then I toss most and maybe keep one or two that had a personal note. The irony is that I'm a card maker and friends tell me all the time that they keep every card I've made them.

About a month - mainly because I never seem to remember to dust. You could think the dust bunnies would shout at me but alas I'm deaf to all surfaces that yell, "clean me."

My birthday is in December, also, so they usually get mixed in with the Christmas cards. They usually go at the same time as the rest of the Christmas stuff, right around New Year's.

I thought I was going to be the only one!! I just read them and then toss them in the recycling bin. I am not sentimental about that kind of stuff. When my granny died she had boxes of cards in her attic that were given to her over the years. I don't understand keeping them, but different strokes for different folks I guess.

For my kids, I leave them out until all celebrations at home for their birthday have finished. So, if DS's bday is tomorrow, and he's been receiving cards all this week, I'll leave them up to tomorrow when we have our own little special dinner for him. Then, if we're also having a party here on Sunday, I'll leave them up for that as well. Then on Monday I would probably take them down.
DH doesn't display his at all. i typically put mine out on a shelf in my work/craft area for a week or so.

At home, I don't display them. If I get a card at work from a co-worker, i will leave it up for about a week.

I don't display cards. I might keep a few in a box in my nightstand but most of them get tossed into the recycle bin.
I find cards in general to be wasteful so I tend to only give them when I know it's expected.
