Is anyone else frustrated with the Scraptastic Kit Club? I'm so disappointed that they are going to a single all exclusive kit. I hate the weird semi-gloss texture their paper has. I also don't like their exclusive stickers look like they were cut with a cricut. I could do that myself. It's bad enough that there's always "something" with this kit between the two websites and click on this button, don't click on that button, buy your kit before you have choices, now it's don't buy your kit. UGH! Guess I'm just venting . . .

There has been a bit of talk about scraptastic on the SC refugees board. (Mostly by me ) Where are you getting the info about a single kit instead of separate? I didn't notice anything about the stickers but I really only used the pack that came in the April TLN kit. I have a bunch of planner stickers on the way, I'll check those when they arrive!

I think there was an email that they are just going to do one kit now because they keep having issues with getting things from AC.
I was a subber to the This Life Noted kit for a long time, but I canceled this month. I still like it a lot, but there have been a lot of issues lately, and I needed to cut back.

I stopped subbing last month and I'm glad I did. I dont like their exclusive paper or stickers. Just not my style. Plus their shipping issues the last few months have not been great. I like the planner stickers, though. I used to love them, choice of two kits, great product, makes me sad

That's highly disappointing. Usually decreasing offerings signals trouble. And her sales? Crazy. She did them last year, but it was mostly to clear out her store, after the site relaunch, things looked like they were going more smoothly.
I guess shitty customer service with cute products can only get you so far (right, Studio Calico?). If her customer service to me is any indication of how she treats her actual subscribers (you'd think you'd be nicer to people who you want to become subscribers, right?), I'm not at all shocked.

I used to subscribe till I had major customer service issues. I am glad I got out. I love the look of hip kit and felicity Jane, but scraptastic just left a sour taste towards clubs for me.

I canceled my subscription to Scraptastic a few months ago. I was getting the regular kit and was tired of all the exclusives. I like a mix of different manufacturers and textures.

I was a subscriber in the past - while I did like their card weight, I hated all the drama that came with trying to order. Also, looking back, I feel like their kit had a bunch of filler type stuff.

I subbed to Scraptastic quite awhile ago...maybe 3 years ago, for a short time. I liked them, but they had a repetitive feeling about their kits that annoyed me. I didn't have any CS issues, but I did find the way they handled ordering a bit strange.I don't think I would ever go back to their kits especially if they are going to a single exclusive kit...how WEIRD, since their huge selling point was the choice between kits every month. I don't think this sounds good for Scraptastic.

I thought that was the biggest selling point for "traditional" scrappers (which I am not, so I may be mistaken). Their aesthetic is so ... standard (not basic, just not varying month to month). It seems tough to see how they can keep this going without any outside product!

I don't think this sounds good for Scraptastic. Exactly. That's what their DT members really focus on when saying how great they are. That's why they were on my list of potentials if I ever sub to a kit club for SB again, but now? Not so much.

I think if it were one problem - the shipping, the rudeness, not using other companies - I could overlook the issue. But they seem to have a bunch of no good going on, across the board.

No thank you. i don't think this is a wise move at all. I remember when they did their first all exclusive kit...the OTHER kit (Cake by the Ocean, I think) sold out BEFORE it even debuted to the public. Now what does that tell you. Yeah, this is not a wise move. Save

I don't know if subscribers missed out on Cake by the Ocean but that was the first month where I didn't feel it was a choice. It seems like the creative spark that went into putting together the kits is gone. I'm sad about it.

Well I'm glad it's not just me! It just seems like there is no customer service. It reminds me of doing a swap on the old board kind of. There's always an excuse. I unsubscribed but I'm sad about it.

I cancelled Scraptastic Kit this week. I DO NOT like their exclusives, they are very washed out in color and look like a child colored it. I received the Wipe out kit and was so disappointed, I think I can do $35.00 better each month! Flat letters and 1/2 package of embellishments this time too.

I got my package today. June planner and TLN kits and all of the Madison sticker collection. I'm happy to have it, I do like their stuff! The kits are great! But the Madison stickers are not as great as I thought. I don't know if it's worth it with the shipping/CS issues though... Sounds like lots of people are leaving!

not a subscriber but I did get the cake by the ocean kit when they had their recent big sale.
I had to email though because after nearly 3 weeks, I had heard nothing about my order. then got a ridiculous excuse and an immediate shipping notice. I did receive my order yesterday but was refunded for one item they no longer had in stock...which maybe if they had shipped the damn order in a timely manner could have been avoided.
pretty sure this will be my last time dealing with them.

I was considering their sub or citrus twist. I guess maybe since they may have some issues that helps makes my decision easier.
