Hillary's emails came into play when they were researching what she knew, when, and what her actions were. In researching that it came up that she's exchanging these sensitive emails on an unsecure server. Now one can debate were the emails in question really sensitive and was her server secured as she claimed. The movie about Benghazi just hit Netflix, it's called 13 Hours, I haven't watched it yet though but it's at the top of my queue. The film does have some controversy: Kris "Tonto" Paronto, a CIA contractor was involved in action during the event, has claimed "We were told to 'stand down'. Those words were used verbatim—100 percent. …If the truth of it affects someone's political career? Well, I'm sorry. It happens."[49] Paronto has been accused of fabricating his account in order to make money, because he "had a book to sell and a movie to help promote".[50] The CIA base chief portrayed in the film has directly contradicted Paronto's claims, stating, "There never was a stand-down order... At no time did I ever second-guess that the team would depart." Well having listened to 2 of the survivors Tyg and Oz, there were multiple stand down orders given before they finally defied orders and went to go help the ambassador. Another thing I think was BS is once they got into Tripoli our country wouldn't even fly them home, they had to pay for there own flights back.
