You know I wouldn't say this if it weren't true, but I have plenty of scissors. I think I may have 15 pairs of them. If they were all in once place that would be really good.
I have ink pads to last forever and always.
I also have a few brads. In the thousands.
Dare I write this? Prima Flowers. I may have enough of them, too. I would say 300 odd more than enough of them!

Patterned paper Eyelets - I have a zillion of the micro-mini ones, which I never use. I also have a bunch of weird, giant ones. What was I thinking? Stamps. They are overrunning my craft space, but I love them soooo much, and I always want more!
ETA I will never run out of baker's twine unless I quit patronizing the excellent Dominican bakery around the corner, which is unlikely. LOL!

First and foremost, patterned paper and cardstock.
After that, in no particular order: eyelets brads ribbon stickers stamps (although eventually I'm going to purge a bunch of them that I'll never use)

Paper. I'm drowning in paper right now. I think it multiplies in my holders. (Please note that somehow I still never have the right color.)

Paper, christmas supplies, project life cards. (Can't. Stop. Buying. Core. Kits.)
That paper, though. It always sucks me in.

Let's face it, most of us have everything we could ever need to scrap til the end of time (except page protectors, adhesive & trimmer blade refills), lol.
While I have waaay too much of a lot of stuff, I do use most of it, so there is a slim chance I could possible run out before I die.
The things I will never run out of are the things that I have purchased, only to find that I don't use them nearly as often as I thought I would. Love them as I do, they just don't seem to find their way onto my pages. These would include baker's twine, buttons, washi tape & eyelets.

Most of the above but add gems, ribbon.
I also have tons of embossing folders, cricut carts, dies of all shapes and sizes, punches and border punches, tons of stamps, tons of patterned paper and card stock. Chipboard and letter stickers (not sure but I think I donated most of my stickers). Mists I will never use them all. I just bought delusions and love them and already had a lot of Heidi Swapp ones.
I will run out of page protectors, blades and adhesive.

and I'm sure there's more I'm not remembering. When I buy, I buy big, and rest assured none of these things will disappear anytime soon from my stash lol.

I actually think I need more of many things after reading these enabling threads and seeing some scrap stashes! All I can think of is stamps because I'm the worst at using few I own.

Definitely paper... but also brads, ribbon, gems and flowers. Although in my defense, I do use most of it. At least that's what I tell myself to justify buying more.

Project Life cards! (Man, I swear those things reproduce when I'm not looking!) Although I keep buying Core Kits-- that may be a problem in itself!!
Washi Tape & Christmas items-- I'll be taking these to my grave!

Brads!...have 1000's.....really who needs that many....I guess I did when they were popular
Washi Tape....have over 300 rolls
Paper...have too much and still buy more....gotta have the atest and greatest...
Christmas Embellies and Stickers.....buy at every clearance sale...still have a ton of them!
Project life cards....OK, I hate to admit it but I have 15 or more core kits and I have not done PL in a year or more. Maybe someday.....when I retire...??
Alphabets....I am a confirmed junkie. I have tons of thickers and 55 Quickutz alphabets. I buy every Alphabet I like on Silhouette. I will never run out.
ok...I have too much.....I do not buy shoes, clothes, purses....just scrapbooking supplies!
