I thought it might be interesting to see if we have people here who are from the same sorority. My college didn't have any, but dd's does. She is in Tri Sigma (no idea how to make Greek letters on my computer, lol).
What was yours, and what is your dd's if she's in one?

I am a Tri-Delta but I have no girls. My husband is a Pike and my two older boys are also Pikes. My youngest is still in high school.

My mom and I were both Alpha Chi Omega at different schools. One of my closest friends from high school lived in the same room my mom did at her sorority house.

I didn't go to college, so no sorority for me. My daughter is Alpha Phi.

Intresting that Alpha Chi Omega has so many people here. Is it a really big sorority? Or is it just coincidence?

If I had pledged I would have been a double legacy in Kappa Delta. I went to rush and a few other activities, but it just was not for me. I ended up joining a co-ed fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, that did volunteer/charity work in the community.

I'm a Chi Omega. Though I tease her about having to go to my college and joining my sorority, DD is in high school and has said she probably won't join a sorority.

None for me.
My DD is a Jr. and didn't pledge Freshman year. But apparently her views on sororities have changed. Delta Gamma is returning to her campus (they've been gone since early 90's) and she's pledging

I'm a Chi Omega...womanly always and discouraged never. LOL My daughter did not pledge, as the Greeks were not a big deal at her school. At my school, you were Greek or go home. We ran EVERYTHING!

I'm and Alpha Chi too! No sororities at my college, but my daughter is a Chi O as well. I was not so thrilled about it, but it has turned out to be a good thing for her.

Kappa Alpha Theta here, as was my mom. One of my stepdaughters is a Sigma Kappa and the other is a GDI (do they still say that)?

I didn't join a sorority. Boyfriend at the time (who ended up being my current ex husband) was very anti Greek. DD is Sigma Delta Tau. DS will probably not pledge. Greek life is not a big thing on his campus.
